The entire experience with nurses and doctors were amazing. The Emails were very clear and timely my only gripe is when trying to get through to Alternaleaf! More staff are needed to man phones and when a call back is requested it should be honoured.

Thank God for alternaleaf. For 20yrs I’ve suffered from a severe degenerative disc disease, absolute chronic pain no traditional medicines ever worked. Then I became a patient I started with pastilles and they actually helped, unfortunate for me I was allergic to them…..LMFAO !! . But I’m still taking flower which works, once again TY to Alternaleaf.

This was my last chance at decent sleep!!
I turned to this as an absolute last resort. I suffered with night paralysis, vivid nightmares, nocturnal panic and constant waking. Sick of upping doses to still gain no quality of sleep!
From the 1st night, it all went away! Highly recommend alternaleaf. Looking forward to my 6 month review to let them know just how much its helped in that area. Brilliant.

Lazy website they cannot update
Lazy website they cannot update, so i cannot enter my order. I emailed the order, a week later I am stiill awaiting the prescription to be sent to the pharmacy. As Alternaleaf charge a monthly subscription, this is unaccetable.

Friendly professionals, but customer service needs a speed boost.
I am mostly satisfied with my time with Alternaleaf. The consultation process itself was excellent. The clinical staff on the link were friendly and put me right at ease.
That being said, communication prior to the appointment could be improved. I tried reaching out to customer service and had to wait a few days to get a response. Improving this turnaround time would make their service far better.
