Want to price the process in the first couple of months, however when it was time for my prescription this month it has been delayed and I've ran out of medication.

It's shame because the medication was working and losing consistency, hopefully this process will be sorted out or I'm thinking of moving

Great service from the nurses and Doctors. They listen well, communicate effectively with knowledge and understanding. The admin team have been great keeping me informed and what to do at the next steps and finally delivery and postage was fully efficient even with me being in Belfast, I received next day delivery. It has been a positive experience overall and I hope it continues.

Customer service seems really bad compared to many other companies I have used. Slow replies rude responses.

Reminder emails leading up to delivery and quality products delivered discretely. The staff are helpful.

Absolutely excellent I’ve already spoke about the customer services and also the doctor was very professional well I have to say his first prescription for me was perfect working on exactly the pain the other one working exactly on the anxiety crazy to be honest how I didn’t find out about this sooner their medication is just as good as their services

Had my first appointment today and Elmi was amazing very helpful and informative. Very pleasant non and judgemental. Will definitely refer this clinic to friends and family who need medical cannabis.

I had such a relaxed experience with the Nurse and Doctor over my Zoom consultation. I highly recommend this company. Absolutely Brilliant. 10/10.

TMonths of waiting, one useless prescription, and a missed appointment that was entirely their fault
I joined Alternaleaf in July 2026, and my experience has gone from poor to genuinely shocking.
After joining I had to wait until September just to see a psychiatrist. My prescription then took another two weeks to be issued. When it finally arrived, the flower was overpriced and did nothing for my symptoms. I then had to wait four weeks for a follow-up.
That follow-up was today, at 10:30am. I logged in at 10:25, five minutes early, and couldn't get in because of an error on Alternaleaf's own system. My equipment was not the problem.
I'm currently in Egypt. Because Alternaleaf insists appointments must be by video, and won't do them by phone or WhatsApp, I had bought a router and data specifically to attend. Then their platform failed.
I tried to get help through six different channels and contact pages. Almost nobody responded. The one person who did said they'd get someone to phone me. I explained that a phone call wasn't possible, because I'm abroad and their own rules say the appointment has to be by video. That was the end of the help I got.
So since July I've had one prescription that didn't work, and I've paid for equipment to attend an appointment they couldn't deliver.
On top of that, they have lost copies of personal documents I provided. For a medical provider holding sensitive health data, that is unacceptable.
The webchat is hit and miss at best. You're usually just told someone will come back to you later. I've asked repeatedly about alternatives such as vapes or oils, and they have shown no interest in discussing them.
I joined expecting proper, patient-focused care. Instead I've had months of delays, poor communication, a product that didn't help, and a system failure that cost me my appointment and money. Avoid.

The whole process was simple and easy to follow. Everyone was polite and empathetic, no judgement at all. Everything was explained well to me at every stage with plenty of opportunities to ask questions

Good outfit

Appointment system is useless, the person either doesn’t turn up or keeps you waiting for ages.

The clinic staff is very helpful and supportive. My appointments were scheduled quickly and I was given all the guidance and health advice needed.

After years of feeling like I'm watching myself live a life that's ment to be mine I finally found someone who understood what I needed straight away and not only that she understood the female body and how it was in decline and what would make me feel 'real' again. Was nice to feel seen. Awaiting my first prescription today. Very hopeful

I send my documents from. Doctor when I do registered. After that you ask me over and over to send documents. I do this one should be enough.

It was really easy I was worried about doing a video appointment but there was no need to be worried it was quick professional and the doctors I spoke to where friendly and understanding.i got my medication with in a few days of my last appointment . Would recommend I all ready have to family and friends

Clear and easy, was worried about getting my medical documents, however just a quick link up and done, easy as pie. Fast appointments even when I did completely forget about one. Staff lovely and product helps. Can be cost effective also which is ideal considering current financial environment haha
