Good experience. Was a bit long winded to reschedule doctor appointment when I missed one and the phone lines didn't work but soon got sorted and the rest of the process was straightforward

I have been waiting weeks and weeks now…
I have been waiting weeks and weeks now from start of process it’s been a long time and even though I have had appointment with pharmacist and then weeks later a Dr and provided all of my medical history and prescribed medications weeks ago I am still waiting with no update. I ran out of my usual person I buy my CBD oil from and suffering really bad joint pain and poor sleep, I am so disappointed, especially as it was recommended

Service, staff and product. My experience.
The process was very simple and quick, after my appointment, I had another the same day and the whole process of it going to the multi disciplinary team and getting ready to order my prescription took about a week, I managed to upload my documents with ease, the meetings were from the comfort of my own home via video call and the psychiatrist prescribing was very understanding of my needs before even seeing her due to the nurse before doing such a good job and thorough report. The staff were lovely the service was quick and easy and the product I was prescribed was very affordable and top quality; I am happy to be using alternaleaf and look forward to working with them on this journey going forward
