I've ordered a couple times from them and was good. However, this last time I ordered, they sent me 2 of the wrong flavors of the product I ordered. It was their mistake. I've emailed them and they replied back asking for a photo of the items I received and I sent the picture and never heard back again. I've emailed many more times and they haven't replied. I've also texted the number on their page that says "For immediate responses, text this number" and they won't reply. Therefore, this has not been resolved. I won't be ordering from them again. Very disappointed.

I placed an order with them on Aug 2 and they sent me a tracking number that starts with whc and when I click it the last update shows Aug 6 handed over to carrier. Now I know I’ve received things from California and I’m in Pennsylvania and it takes 3-4 days with ground shipping. This is very ridiculous. It took me a week to get a week for someone to reply to my ticket because no one is ever available on chat and the number is a google number the only way I’m gonna receive my money is doing a dispute since I have no confidence in receiving my package

Woowza, I have no complaints for this company. I had ordered a couple of new items and was not happy with them and they answered my email and took care of the issue right away! I have been ordering for a couple of years now and have never had a issue, A+++++ service!

I have been ordering for this company for two years now. Customer service is amazing. I’m not just saying this to get people to purchase from this company it’s the truth the company keeps a variety of different pods on hand and they ship out your items extremely fast. This company is so good I don’t even buy vapes from my local stores. I would rather wait to receive my vapes From them. I bragged about them and Work and now I have a couple of coworkers that purchased from them. Also, I highly recommend.

I sent an order through and realized I'd ordered the wrong strength nic. I wrote these guys requesting to cancel. They answered me in minutes with a canceled order! I ordered again. The package arrived two days early, exactly as ordered. I wished they had a bigger selection of products, I would order everything from them!
BE AWARE - They did not charge my state taxes so you may get hunted down by your state for tax and penalties.

This has been a total disaster for over a month ago. Have placed many orders with alternativepods.com, the last on 01/31/23. On 02/07/23 I received an email stating their site had been hacked and referring me to alternative-pods.com as their replacement site. Boith sites now appear online, with identical logos, layouts, etc and both are located in the Bensonville, IL area. I wrote to the original site, alternativepods.com regarding my account and order and they told me I didn't have an account with them, despite the fact they had already filled my order before the hack date. So, I checked the new site, alternative-pods.com and found my account and complete order history there. Something wasn't right, so I contacted alternative-pods.com and asked that my account be deleted and, in accordance with the Privacy Act, they send me a copy of all info they had associated with my account. I received no response. I wrote them again, no response. I wrote a third time, still no response. At the same time I kept getting daily unsolicited email ads from them, all of which violated the CAN-SPAM Act by not providing any "unsubscribe" info or links. So, I wrote them again, this time a CEASE AND DESIST to comply with my earlier requests and to stop the unsolicited ads. Again, total silence. Something very fishy occurred. Two identical sites with the original site saying they had no account for me, despite my having ordered from them for years and the new site, which had all my private info, yet refuses to comply with or even acknowledge any of my requests. There is obviously a total mess there and I would advise anyone to steer completely clear of both sites.
