I've been using the services from both the ceo and cto for a long time now, and have always had swift answers in support tickets, or when issues occurred. Professional responses to setbacks and issues on their side of things are resolved in a jiffy.
After paying for the Nether minecraft server package through Civil Host, the server is still pending 48 hours. I have made a ticket and emailed customer support and have not received a response.
Edit: I am giving a one star review to Altovox for using an unreliable vendor. CivilHost is 1 star, and Altivox is 1 star for using Civil Host. I paid for an Altivox product and did not receive it.
Great team! I have nothing bad to say about them. They're great in responding tickets and helping diagnose and find solutions to issues.
It's a good service! Affordable pricing and decent power for servers.
They were very responsive with help on the discord server!

Their support is very responsive, which is lovely. Uptime is great.
My only complaint is their transition from civilhost -> sahara -> alitvox was extremely rough and confusing with lots of downtime. Hopefully that trouble is mostly past us now, but I continue to be wary until altivox is fully set up.

Altivox Network has been a life savior with having the cheapest prices on the market and still being really helpful with any issues I have and resolves them within a day or less I really love this host and are gonna continue working with them till the day they shut down or I die :pray:
