Lifesaver for my ongoing stomach issues GP said to take Biokult which made my symptoms worse so I switched back to the SIBO complex and been feeling great again!

The service is great and the product is good quality. However for my sensitive system I had to stop the treatment twice. Once due to cramping in stomach and secondly due to soreness in liver gall bladder area. I stopped during week 4. Had two good consultations which was a bonus. My SIBO is more methane dominant. Not sure where I'm at and trying other avenues.

I have had really bad bloating since having surgery to correct acid reflux. Unfortunately the surgery brought to light a new issue of slow motility which combined with the bloating was giving me reflux once more.
This was difficult to both understand and deal with but after trying many different suggestions and pre surgery having taken PPI’s for nearly a quarter of a century, plus antibiotics on and off for other issues I had started to suspect SIBO. This due especially to other anomalous symptoms.
I have been taking AltruVita SIBO complex now for nearly 4 weeks and from the first few days I noticed a difference. Been using Healthy Gut for a few weeks and I can feel the difference. Less bloated, more energy - really pleased with the product.

At times the Sibo protocol seems to work but then you have a flare up, so all in all I'm not too sure. Have now started the Probiotics Complex+. Have reached out to Katie last week but no reply but appreciate one size does not fit all.

Very quick delivery. Back up with guidance and support from nutritionist is very helpful. I have had four weeks of Sibo Support capsules and my symptoms have improved tremendously. No more bloating, no die-off symptoms and bowel habits are back to normal. I will continue for another two weeks and then move onto the suggested probiotics.
