I was pleasantly surprised with Altruvita Multivitamins.

Firstly, I hate swallowing pills so these chewy tablets are a godsend.

Secondly, multivitamins including 100% of my daily needs without unnecessary ingredients is a huge plus.

After using these for a few weeks I feel energised and I haven't felt the need to have my daily naps!

What also drew me to these supplements was the fact that they are evidence-based and formulated by experts, taking the guesswork out for me.

I’ve been taking Altruvita Healthy Gut and ProfBiotics Complex+, they’ve really helped reduce my bloating. I feel much more comfortable and would happily recommend them to anyone looking to support their digestion.

I have the Multivitamin 100% and they're really easy to take, don't taste horrible and you get plenty in the bag to last you a decent amount of time. I've had problems in the past with making a habit of taking multivitamins but for some reason with these, they're become part of my morning routine with ease.

Purchased Xanthohumol from Altruvita to help osteoarthritic joints. No side effects and hopefully this supplement will help long term. Good to find this particular hop extract available on UK market - and am also pleased to see an NHS consultant on board with this company. It's a pity the NHS doesn't offer/recommend more natural supplements - because these do not have the side effects of prescription drugs.

I am really impressed with Healthy Gut, good packaging, loved the glass jar and really trust this not-for-profit brand, I am super happy with how this supplement is keeping my stomach calm and less bloated, wouldn't hesitate to recommend and will be buying again.
