A good and challenged test. But it is very important to check your personality and how much you can think logically.

I took the Alva Labs assessments as part of a recruitment process, and overall the experience was very positive. The platform feels modern and intuitive, and it’s easy to understand both the flow and the purpose.

The logic test is tough – in a good way, and feels well-designed. The personality test was easy to follow; a few questions in the Danish version felt slightly “translated”, but could as well be my interpretation.

The best part is the instant feedback. The personality results felt pretty accurate, with room for interpretation and discussion, of course.

I have high trust in the system behind it, especially the logic test which seemed to be on a very professional level. It also looks like the recruiter tools on the other side are thoughtfully connected.

Very thorough and clear instructions. Clear and understandable results explanations after tests. Overall very pleased with my experience!

User friendly interface and sequentially increment of difficulty based on your answers was great. I think it's one of the best applications to understand ones IQ.

The test was profound tackling very important issues. It tapped into areas that are important to know about one’s strengths and weaknesses that one doesn’t normally think about.

The Logic is very good. Howerver, there were few times when the questions for the personality test were not relevant in m'y opinion.

It was very nice.

The logic test was clear and easy, and the personality test questions were relevant and structured. In the end, the results matched what I already know about myself, which I believe gives the employer an accurate picture.
