Questions in personality test were relevant and interesting. Sometimes I felt the answer may vary depending on the particular situation. Feedback that I got as the result quite fits with my personality as I see it. Logic test was a bit challenging for me, I am glad I did it to test my own abilities. Thank you.

The process is easy to use .
Its structured well to give a good idea for the candidate to respond.
Logical tests was really challenging for me to analyse and identify the patterns within the stipulated time.

The test is new but extremely difficult. The time is too short to focus properly. As for the personality test, I received the results, but they are not close to my actual personality. I hope the test content can be revised, as it is mentally distracting due to what seems to be inconsistent questions and structure.

Probably the smoothest and user-friendliest test I've made in a recruitment process.

Good assessment

I took two tests: personality and logical. Both were pretty manageable and easy to do. I enjoyed my experience!

The Personality questions needed a bit more thought, than was suggested; as, for some of them, i though that the answer would depend on the situation/company that you were in? Although, i am maybe overthinking it?!
The unique logic based questions, i enjoyed; as they required you to think about a puzzle, and solution, that in normal day to day work, you would never come across.
Overall a good experience.

It was good and challenging as well. It’s good to introduce such test for fairness in selection.

I consider this platform as dubious. I strongly recommend to read the terms and conditions. Alva Labs claims to use the private information and test data for its own purpose. For a platform dealing with confidential private data definitely a no go.
Further there is no information available where the data is stored and if the data falls under the patriot act. Since the data is hosted on Google Cloud this is most likely.
