We’re glad you’re enjoying the monthly format, although I’m sorry to hear you’re not a fan of the taste.

With personalised formulas, some natural ingredients can have quite a strong taste or smell depending on what’s included. That’s why your first order comes with a citrus-scented insert in the bottle, designed to help mask these natural odours. Refills come in sachets to top up your original bottle, so we recommend leaving the lid on for a few hours or overnight after refilling to let the citrus scent settle in.

If the smell is particularly strong for you, just reach out to our Customer Care team and we can arrange an additional scented insert. Equally, if you think it’s actually the citrus scent you’re not enjoying, you can remove the insert and leave the bottle open for a few hours to let the scent fade.

From what you’ve described, it appears you may have signed up using more than one email address and are logging into an account that isn’t linked to the active subscription, which would explain why the subscription details aren’t showing.

I’m really sorry to hear you didn’t notice the difference you were hoping for, especially after giving Alyve a proper try. I completely understand that at £29 a month, you want to feel you’re getting good value from your subscription.

Our experts recommend at least 3 months of consistent use to notice the benefits, and Alyve is designed to complement a healthy lifestyle rather than replace the foundations of good nutrition, sleep and daily habits. It may be worth having a chat with one of our nutritionists, who can look at your goals and lifestyle with you and see if there’s anything that could be affecting the results you’re seeing.

I’m also sorry for the confusion around your account and cancellation. From what you described it appears you have somehow signed up with multuple accounts and logging in with a different email, which is why you can’t find your subscription details. Please reach out to our Customer Care team and they’ll be able to look into this for you and get everything sorted.
