Depending on your individual health goals, some benefits can also be more subtle than others, particularly in the earlier stages. Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. I completely understand why you’d be frustrated if you expected to be able to make individual changes to your formula.

Our personalisation is based on your health goals and the information you provide in your assessment, but I appreciate that this can give the impression that every individual ingredient can be added or removed.

As a small start-up, we don’t currently manufacture our formulas in-house. We work with a trusted partner who manufactures all our proprietary blends to our exact specifications, but they aren’t currently able to make individual adjustments to each order. We’re planning to bring manufacturing in-house in the near future, which would give us much more flexibility with this, and we’ll absolutely keep customers updated as that develops.

In the meantime, our in-house nutritionists are here if you’d like to talk through the ingredient you’re looking to remove and your wider health goals. They can help you understand what might work best for you and what other formulation options are available.

I’m sorry your experience wasn’t what you expected Dave, but I really appreciate you raising it. It’s helpful feedback and something we’re actively working towards improving.
