AlZowar Travel

Overall good service . However there are some room to improve .I am overall happy but there was a miscommunication about visa fee which they have tried to compensate , but initially they were so resistance and tried to blame which was not professional . Arranging transport in Saudi was an issue where they booked sedan car from Mecca to Madina . They booked all my things , they knew we are 3 person including one kid but they assumed all my baggage will be possible to accommodate in a sedan , they arranged proper car though later . But they argued about it which was not nice. Actually when you are in spiritual journey you dont feel good to argue with people for this sort of things . Lastly they have provide all necessary arrangement , I don’t have complain about those , but things could go more smoothly and professional way without any dispute .
In conclusion I would take their service again but will cautious and will confirm more clear communication. I would love to mark 5 star If had not dealt with some dispute .

Amazing service from start to finish! Alhamdulillah, my family, including our three children, completed our first Umrah, and the whole experience was seamless.

Hamza understood our needs well and selected excellent hotels in ideal locations in both Makkah and Madinah. Thank you for such outstanding, personal service.

InshaAllah, we will book with you again. May Allah SWT invite us back and accept our Umrah. Ameen.

I recently booked my Umrah with my wife through AlZowar Travel and I was taken care of by Muhammad Fasih. He was amazing and helped us when organising and during the trip. Big thank you to the team!

Very disappointing experience with Alzowar Travel — this was my second Umrah booking with them, and unfortunately, the same issue happened again.

Last year, we were asked for an unexpected extra £200 on the day of travel. This year, while I was at the airport, I was again asked for an additional £100 and told that if I did not pay, my father’s visa and flight arrangements could be cancelled.

At that stage, we had already paid a significant amount and were travelling for Umrah, so this felt like unnecessary pressure at the worst possible time. I checked the arrangements through Nusuk and found that the service being demanded was not mandatory, so I had to arrange my own transport from Jeddah to Makkah.

The money itself is not the main issue — it is the repeated last-minute requests and pressure when customers have little choice.

The agent dealing with us was Warda Chaudhary.

After experiencing this twice, I would not recommend Alzowar Travel. Customers should be given clear, transparent pricing from the beginning, especially when booking such an important journey.

Best service Adam is very helpful and polite person to explain everything good luck to him appreciate 👍

10/10 service from Hamza at Al Zowar Travel! We’ve used Al Zowar twice now, once in January and again in September, and both experiences were absolutely brilliant. Hamza was always so quick to respond and would reply straightaway whenever we needed anything, which made the whole experience completely stress-free.

Everything was organised really efficiently, from our accommodation and arrangements in Makkah and Madinah to all of our transfers. We had no problems whatsoever on either trip, and everything ran smoothly and on time. The communication, organisation and overall service were excellent from start to finish.

We genuinely couldn’t fault the service and would definitely recommend Hamza and Al Zowar Travel to anyone travelling for Umrah. We’ll definitely be using them again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We looked at a number of travel agencies before choosing Al Zowar Travel for our Umrah. We wanted a customised travel package rather than a standard package.

Wardah was our Umrah agent and what impressed us most was the care and attention she gave throughout the process. As with any travel arrangements there can always be challenges and unexpected issues, but Wardah dealt with everything calmly and professionally. She communicated clearly, followed things up promptly and was always available when we needed to speak to her.

When we arrived in Makkah, Wardah checked in with us to make sure everything was going well and to see if there was anything we needed. Her support continued throughout our time in Madinah too.

Wardah genuinely goes out of her way to get the best deal. Her excellent communication and willingness to follow things through gave us a great deal of reassurance.

We would happily recommend Al Zowar Travel and in particular Wardah to anyone planning their Umrah.

Her personal attention and support made a real difference to our experience.

I booked my Umrah package with AlZowar Travel for September 2026 and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Flights with Saudi Airlines, hotels in Madinah (Al Aqeeq Al Rawda) and Makkah (Al Massa Grand), the Umrah visa, the Haramain train from Madinah to Makkah, and the transfer to Jeddah airport were all arranged for me, so I could focus on my worship instead of logistics.
A special thank you to Adam, who handled my booking. He was patient, quick to reply, and made sure everything was sorted and all my documents arrived in good time before departure. The pricing was fair and transparent, and the whole process felt easy.
If you're looking for a trustworthy agency for Umrah from the UK, I'd definitely recommend AlZowar Travel. JazakAllahu khayran to Adam and the whole team, and I'll be booking with them again inshallah

Easily communicable.

I am grateful to Adam for all his hard work in securing an excellent Umrah package for me. I found him welcoming, polite, respectful and understanding of what I was seeking as a solo traveler. Overall, I felt I could trust him in securing a good deal both in-terms of flight and hotels. A great company to go with.

Alhamdulillah, Alhamdulillah, Alhamdulillah, Rabbil Alamin.
I booked my Umrah through AlZowar Travel, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. A special thank you to Brother Mustapha for his outstanding support, patience, and kindness throughout the whole journey.
Even when I had an emergency and needed to change my flights and hotel, he was very patient and assisted me with everything without hesitation. His professionalism and care made the whole experience much easier.
Jazakallahu Khairan, Brother Mustapha, for your kindness and excellent service. May Allah bless you and put barakah in your work. I highly recommend AlZowar Travel to anyone planning their Umrah. May Allah accept our Umrah. Ameen.

My recent Umrah journey was deeply spiritual and unforgettable experience. My hotel in Makkah was a standout part of my trip. Unfortunately my experience in Madina hotel was very bad. I would like to give a special acknowledgement to the Mustafa the travel agent who supported me throughout. He support made a truly difference of my first Umrah.

Booking our family Umrah through Alzowar Travel was the best decision we could have made. Traveling with young children can be stressful, but Ehsaan made the entire process seamless by catering to our specific needs and helping us secure the perfect hotel accommodations. His patience, kindness, and constant availability made us feel supported every step of the way.

Ehsaan went above and beyond to find us the best deals and arranged smooth, reliable transfers that took all the worry out of our travel days. His dedication to ensuring our comfort truly stood out, and he turned what could have been a difficult trip into a smooth, memorable experience for the whole family.

I highly recommend Alzowar Travel to anyone planning their pilgrimage. If you want a stress-free experience, reach out to them—Ehsaan is truly the best at what he does and genuinely cares about his clients.

Mustafa went to extra lengths to make our trip unforgettable. 5star hotels near to Haram both in Macca and Madinah and was available throughout whenever needed. Thanks again

Adam was fantastic and found me some great deals. Sadly, I could not book at the time and the prices went up for me. My advice would be to have the money ready because he will find the best deal.

Brilliant communication and service that is delivered with great expertise. Wardah who was my agent was professional and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend them and ask for Wardah for a great service. Thank you.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommended – Al Zowar Travel!

I had a wonderful experience booking our family Umrah trip with Al Zowar Travel from start to finish. Everything was organized smoothly, professionally, and with great care.

A special thank you to Wardah, who handled our entire booking perfectly. She was patient, responsive, and always ready to answer every question and make sure all our arrangements were exactly right. Flights, hotels, transfers, and paperwork were all spot‑on and stress‑free.

If you’re planning Umrah, this is the agency you can trust completely. We will definitely use them again in the future! 🕋🤲✨

**Absolutely Phenomenal Travel Agent! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️**

I cannot recommend Wardah highly enough! This was my first time travelling alone to Saudi Arabia, and having Wardah as my travel agent made the entire journey feel so much easier, comfortable and reassuring.

Wardah is genuinely a **first-class travel agent**. Her organisation is exceptional — everything was arranged so carefully and efficiently, and she made sure I knew exactly what I needed to do at every stage. Her attention to detail is truly second to none.

What I appreciated most was the **advice and guidance she gave me throughout the entire journey**. She was always on hand to answer my questions, explain things clearly and offer helpful advice whenever I needed it. She didn't just arrange my travel and leave me to it; she genuinely supported me from the moment I booked until I completed my journey.

As someone travelling alone for the first time to Saudi Arabia, that level of support made such a huge difference. Wardah contacted me and checked in with me throughout my journey, making sure everything was going smoothly and that I was okay. I always felt that I had someone I could turn to if I needed help or reassurance.

She is also incredibly thoughtful and goes far beyond what I would ever expect from a travel agent. To my absolute surprise, she even arranged for a beautiful bunch of flowers to be delivered to me to congratulate me on completing my Umrah. 🌸🤍 It was such a touching and personal gesture, and something I will always remember.

Her **dedication to customer satisfaction is genuinely rare**. She takes so much pride in what she does, and it is obvious that her customers genuinely matter to her. Her organisation, professionalism, communication, knowledge, advice and personal care are exceptional.

Wardah is an **absolute credit to the company**, and they are incredibly lucky to have someone like her working for them. Not only is she extremely competent and organised, but she has such a caring and reassuring manner that makes you feel completely looked after.

I would **wholeheartedly recommend Wardah to anyone**, especially anyone who may feel nervous about travelling or travelling alone. You could not ask for someone more supportive, organised, knowledgeable and caring to guide you through your journey.

Thank you so much, Wardah, for everything you did for me and for making such a special and emotional journey even more memorable. Your kindness and thoughtfulness meant more than you know. May Allah reward you for all that you do. 🤍🌙

**An exceptional travel agent and an absolute credit to her company — 5 stars without hesitation! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️**

Wouldn’t even give them a 1star at all! They have organised packages and then have sent payment link. Then for the payments to be made they have got agressive and argumentative because deposit was made by credit card which system allowed this. And they over speak you on the phone and don’t listen to customers at all what so ever
Really rude customer service from there end wouldn’t recommend them to anyone at all, and top of that the push you harass you to make the payment

First time of using them and not the best customer service at all and I would never use them at all and do not recommend others to use them either

Provided a great Umrah package at a very competitive price.
We had booked this before the war started in the middle east. As there was uncertainty on whether flights would be allowed.Hamza kept us informed with any updates. He also checked on us while we were out there. We would use al zowar again. Would definitely recommend them.
