My experience with this travel agency was frustrating…
My experience with this travel agency was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. After already paying the agreed amount, they kept coming back asking for extra money with vague explanations that didn’t make any sense.
What made things worse was the constant dishonesty. Every time I asked for clarification, I was given different answers, and it quickly became clear that they were not being transparent at all. It felt like they were making things up as they went along just to get more money out of me.
This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially when you’re trusting a company to organize something as important as your travel. I would strongly advise others to stay away and choose a more honest and reliable agency.

We have recently returned from our first ever Umrah trip and we whole heartedly recommend Al Zowar Travel.
Our agent Wardah is nothing but a star. She listened to our requirements and helped arrange everything from here so we had no trouble out there. We had many hurdles during the booking process due to the political situation in the middle east and Wardah provided so much support throughout. She has become a friend to us and we pray Allah SWT rewards her for her efforts.

This was a very memorable Umrah for me and my wife. This was mainly due to the good planning and support by Ahmed who ensured that we were well informed at every stage.
The hotels in Makkah and Medinah were excellent. Both were literally 2 minutes away from each Haram. Hotel staff were respectful and helpful in every aspect. Taxi transfers were on time with professional drivers. Ahmed had the courtesy to contact me throughout my journey to check that things were ok. In general, I would give this travel agency and particularly brother Ahmed a 5 star rating and truly recommend their services to anyone.

Hamza was the best. I would recommend Al-Zowar
Hamza was our main contact and he was amazing. Allahumubarik he communicated with us constantly and was always checking in. He ensured all of our questions were answered and often within the hour. Even when we requested adding an additional bed to one of the rooms last minute he sorted it for us. Choosing Al-Zowar travel was one of the main reasons our Ummrah trip was amazing. Thank you to Hamza and the whole team
