I would like to give a huge thank you…
I would like to give a huge thank you to brother hamza at Al Zowar Travels. Hamza has been a great help from booking the umrah trip to checking in on us while we were there in mecca and medina. Hamza answered all my queries and questions which I had prior to flying out, he made sure that I was satisfied and happy with he's responses and reassured me at times when I was extra worried. The whole process from airport pick up to returning back home went very smoothly and I would recommend Al zowar travels to anyone looking to book an umrah package.
A special thank you to brother hamza, for making this a wonderful experience for my family ❤️

A huge thank you to brother Hamza for booking our Umrah & Dubai trip. He helped with all bookings including visas & transports from Jeddah to Dubai. The service from Hamza and Al Zowar Travels did not disappoint. The minute we left the house to reach Jeddah, travelling to Madina and leaving Madina to travel to Dubai, Hamza was constantly in touch regarding our wellbeing and check in for each hotel. I 100% recommend this travel agency, very trustworthy and catered to all our needs. Hamza was always there replying to our messages instantly whenever we needed help. His care & communication for his customers is very much valued. I will not hesitate to use their services in the future for Umrah and any other holiday packages they provide. Jzk to brother Hamaz & Al Zowar Travels.

Excellent Umrah Booking Experience with Alzower Travel
I recently booked a 7-day Umrah package for myself and my wife through Alzower Travel, and the entire experience was outstanding. As a full-time job holder, I had very specific date requirements and was looking for a reasonable package online.
I was contacted by Ms. Wardah Shahid Chaudhary from Alzower Travel, and I must say—she was incredibly helpful from the start. She listened to all my requirements patiently, answered every question clearly, and provided options that suited both my schedule and budget.
Wardah was very responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. Her support made the whole booking process smooth and stress-free. She genuinely cared about our comfort and satisfaction.
I highly recommend Alzower Travel for Umrah bookings and especially appreciate the excellent service provided by Wardah Shahid Chaudhary. Thank you for making our spiritual journey easy and worry-free!

Amazing Umrah experience with brother Ahmad at Al Zowar travel
I booked my family umrah trip with Al Zowar travels, through brother
Ahmad. I booked everything with him, flights, hotels, transport and
Ziyarats.
He was really patient and gave me the best package in best available
price. I was a bit hesitant at first as I was doing the booking for 5
people and have never used this travel agent before, but brother Ahmad
was kind enough and let me to do all my background checks before
booking.
It was my first time, I did not know how to do things, but I did not
have to worry about anything, he did everything for us. During the
trip, he messaged regularly to check on us if everything was okay and
going smoothly.
I would definitely use this travel agency to plan my future Saudi
trips inshallah. And have already recommended it to a few friends and
family.

Would recommend for Umrah & Hajj trips!
I reached out to 3-4 different agencies and spent a week doing research before deciding on AL Zohar Travel.
At first, I was hesitant to go with this agency, mainly because I had concerns about being scammed. Since I had never used an agency before and was booking the trip alone, I wanted to be cautious.
I worked with Ahmed and chose them because of their prompt responses and the reassurance they provided regarding all of my concerns.
I booked everything through them, including the visa, flights, hotels, transportation, and Ziyarat trips.
Ahmed even checked in with me a couple of times via WhatsApp during my trip to make sure everything was going well.
I've already recommended this agency to my friends and family and would definitely use them again.

Although my Umrah trip didn’t go ahead…
Although my Umrah trip didn’t go ahead in the end due to personal circumstances, I still wanted to leave a review to recognise the amazing service I received from Warda at Al Zowar Travel.
From the very beginning, Wardah was kind, patient, and incredibly professional. I requested multiple changes and explored various options over several conversations — yet not once did she show frustration or try to rush me. She remained calm, courteous, and genuinely tried her best to accommodate every need.
It's rare to find someone who can maintain such a high standard of service even when a booking doesn’t go through, and for that alone, Warda deserves recognition. May Allah reward her for her patience and professionalism.
