Worthless

The brush does not produce any cleaning effect. Even large chunks of food are not removed. There is simply not enough motion on the bristles.

The paste distribution system is a joke. Only small amounts of paste appear in maybe 2 of the 16 holes on the mouthpiece.

The one-size mouthpiece does not fit every mouth and since it is rigid, may be unusable for many people.

The support staff is arrogant and dismissive.

Absolut schlechtes Gerät! Der Amabrushmundaufsatz ist so groß, das ich sehr große Probleme habe ihn überhaupt in den Mund zu bekommen. Beim ersten Versuch hatte ich schon einen kleinen Schnitt in der Lippe. Wenn Amabrush dann wenigstens noch gut funktionieren würde, würde ich darüber noch hinwegschauen. Aber Fehlanzeige, hier funktioniert wirklich gar nichts, außer die Vibrationsgeräusche... Der Kauf war eine absolute Enttäuschung!! Also Hände weg davon!

Über die lange Wartezeit hättte ich hinwegsehen können, jedoch ist das Produkt nutzlos. Die Borsten des Mundstücks bewegen sich durch die Vibration nicht, lediglich im Power-Modus ist zumindest ein wenig Schwung zu erkennen, wobei auch hier so gut wie nicht gereinigt wird. Wenn ich die Zähne mit einer üblichen Handzahnbürste für 10 Sekunden putze, ist das Ergebnis besser, als wenn ich die Amabrush 2x hintereinander nutze. Für mich eine Unverschämtheit. Der Support von Amabrush antwortet nicht und nach allem, was ich bisher gelesen habe, stellen sie sich bezüglich einer Erstattung quer. Auch der Grund, dass sich die Borsten nicht bewegen, führt beim Formular auf der Website von Amabrush nur zu der Meldung, dass ich mich nicht für eine Rückerstattung oder ein Ersatzgerät qualifizieren würde.

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht und werde weiterhin jedem davon abraten, das Produkt auch nur zu testen, sollte ich meinen Betrag nicht erstattet bekommen.

Die Verpackung ist TOP, sehr hochwertig, nur mit der putze ich mir nicht die Zähne.
Ich habe große Probleme, dieses riesige Mundstück in den Mund zu bekommen. Des weiteren fühlt man auf den Zähnen auch nach mehrmaligem benutzen immer noch "pelzigen" Belag.
Die Zahnpasta wird nur in die beiden vorderen Löcher gepumpt, erreicht also nie die Backenzähne. Letztendlich sind jetzt bnoch etwa 20% Zahnpasta in dem Pod drin, die aber leider gar nicht herausgepumpt werde können. Eine sehr ärgerliche Verschwendung.
Um jetzt auch noch mal zum Umweltschutz zu kommen, Die Zahnpasta-Pods sollten aufgefüllt werden können um nicht noch mehr Plastik zu erzeugen....

Amabrush is crookery!
My brush doesn't work.
The contact of the brush is defective.
After sales is not handling the case properly and tries to escape responsability.

Product and packaging are well made.
But the amabrush doesn’t clean your teeth !
A toothbrush which does not work !
This is ridiculous !
After 3 days am going back to my old toothbrush.
Worst product ever.

ordered in august 2017 n Kickstarter, received it in april 2019.
Many delays in delivering.
Oud daughter is handicapped and can't brush her teeth by herself- se we hoped this would help.
1- it doesn't fit in her mouth-it is way too broad.
2- I tried it once... brushing results were worse than just brushing half a minute ... so very poor.

I won't get my money back according to amabrush since the money
was invested in developping the product. Is this legal??

Advice: Don't buy !

Betrug pur, wochenlange Lieferverzögerungen, nach Aufforderung und rechtlicher Drohung endlich geliefert, Produkt nicht verwendbar, von Reinigung weit entfernt, habe das Produkt zurückgeschickt, bis heute keine Geld zurück. Finger weg!

Nicht zu empfehlen. Putzleistung mangelhaft. Akku sehr schnell leer. Nach 3x laden lässt sich nunnder Akku auch nicht mehr laden, ein Witz.
Die Zahnpasta lässt sich nur zu 4/5 verbrauchen. Der Rest bleibt im Behälter und muss entsorgt werden.
Nun, das war teures Leergeld. Und das erste und letzte Mal vorab ein Produkt zu bestellen.
Ich rate in jedem Fall vom Kauf ab.

Haven't even gotten it yet. Complete garbage company. Should not trust anything by this creator. Probably took most of the money and spent the last few years figuring out how to hide as much of it as possible while putting out a garbage product from the look of the other reviews.

never given feedback online for anything before. But for this product I'll make an exception. Amabrush is not working at all!!
Had high hopes after waiting for sooo long after backing up this kickstarter project. But the product just does not work. IF you are able to get the mouthpiece actually IN your mouth (really to big for me) then it only vibrates, but does NOT clean your teeth at all.
Please do not buy Amabrush!

Thank you for your response. I understand the terms and conditions of my purchase. However I think the finished product has been less then satisfying not to say catastrophic.
It is completely useless and belongs in the bin. I don't understand how you got away with actually sending this piece of garbage to people expecting them to use it. If someone out there replaces their regular toothbrushing with this, their teeth will undoubtedly get much worse. I don't mean to be rude or get personal with any of you guys but I would appreciate it if your management saw this email and took some responsibility for the amount of trash this creates worldwide. I don't know how many copies of the product you might have sold but I bet I am not the only one wanting to get rid of this junk. I would like you to send me a label so I can return this to you and that you can dispose of it however you think is responsible. Even if you decide to send it to someone else that would mean you would have to make one less of these and that would at least make me feel better. If you would have told me that your project had collapsed or somehow it was impossible to follow through because of whatever difficulties, it would have been a better strategy than creating a mountain of plastic for the world to dispose of. Honestly I can't see how any person in their right mind looked at the first model and decided to follow through with it. it has no function but putting toothpaste on your teeth. I didn't even have to put mine in my mouth to figure that out.

Nicht mal nach 10x aktivieren (der 10 sec Reinigung) und zusätzliches bewegen des Mundstücks (hin und her - um Reibung der Gummi Borsten mit den Zähnen zu bewirken) ist auch nur annähernd eine ausreichende Reinigung zu verzeichnen.

Die Verpackung und die Verarbeitung ist zwar spitze, aber das Gerät funktioniert schlicht nicht.

Ewige Wartezeit und letztendlich eine große Enttäuschung.

La brosse ne fonctionne absolument pas pour brosser les dents, l’attente à été scandaleuse longue et sans excuse ni explication, cette opération de crowfounding a été une belle arnaque.
Je me joins volontiers à ceux qui intenteront une action judiciaire.

Ich verstehe nicht warum man keine Minussterne vergeben kann, Amabrush hätte definitiv mehrere verdient. Die versprochene Reinigungsleistung tritt überhaupt nicht ein und das Mundstück ist zumindest für mich viel zu groß, die Borsten kommen fast gar nicht an die Zähne ran.
