Amabrush Reviews

Unacceptable... Simply does not work for what should be designed. It's a fraud.

I ordered it in Septempber 2017, and received in April 2019.
Nice packaging, looks good... there is even an app... but
once used for the purpose (washing the teeth) I had to discover it does preetty much nothing... just a small pointless vibration... I also tried different brushing profiles, as explained in the manual... one more ridicolous than the other...

I cannot believe that the ideators of this gadget are really thinking it can work at any extent... nice idea, worst ever implementation

I finally got my Amabrush. I had high hopes when I unboxed the awesome package, but product inside was complete rubbish.

The "brush" just vibrates. Nothing moves and it certainly does not clean anything. It is not broken, because there aren't any moving parts.

You get cleaner teeth if you tape your normal brush to your phone, enable vibration and ask someone to call you.

Do not buy!

the product is absolute rubbish, don't waste your money. it does not work.

Backed this product on Indiegogo. They start shipping over a year late & all the reviews say that the product does not work as advertised.

As they were preparing to ship my product, I contacted Amabrush & asked them to refund my money & not send the product.
Amabrush refused to issue a refund on the basis that I supported on Indiegogo & not through their webstore. Ridiculous that they punish the people that initially believed in them & supported their vision ?

The very fact that they are refusing refunds shows that they do not believe in their product.

AVOID this company as their product does not work as advertised and their business practices are completely unethical.

Totally rubbish. Doesn’t work, it’s a scam, and I’ll go on as many social media sites as I can find to get the word out. They Won’t refund. And Paul from customer service won’t even escalate! As a customer service professional myself I’m appalled at how I’ve been treated. Do yourself a favour and don’t buy this product!

Klares nein. Vom Hersteller nichts als Lügen.

This product simply does not work. It does not clean your teeth.
Total waste of money, please do not buy it

Didn't deliver or answer any refund inquiries...

I was looking for a new toothbrush experience. And there was Amabrush. Promising a 10 second cleansing of the teeth. Then I had to wait for months and months. Every now and then we would receive an update on the development process. I trusted their updates because I was glad they had high standards. A couple of weeks before I received my order I already read a critical review. I was hoping it was a glitch. I can promise you, it was not. After a couple of uses, I can honestly say: IT DOES NOT WORK! Yes, some teeth feel clean. But right where it needs to do its magic where most plaque is piling up (between the tooth and gum) there it does nothing. I tried several times in a row. But still nothing. So, a waste of money to me. The company should have never released the product as it is. It should have returned the backers a part of their money. You cannot convince me that they really thought it would work. I just will not believe it.

I waited 18 months for this and cannot believe how bad it is. Yes, the hype was convincing and it looks impressive in the box, but the mouthpiece is so big I can’t get it in my mouth. When I attempted to use it, the toothpaste didn’t come out easily and hadn’t moved after I’d used the brush so had never been in contact with my teeth. As everyone else has said, it’s a total con. I have put everything in the bin and put it down to experience. I will never support kickstarter again - a pity as there are probably some worthwhile projects out there. If you haven’t purchased one of these yet - DON’T!

Fazit: NICHT KAUFEN! ABSOLUTE GELDVERSCHWENDUNG!

Hochwertige Verpackung und wertiges Produkt. Leider überhaupt keine Reinigungswirkung. Grenzt an Täuschung.

Simply does not work waste of money and resources stay well clear dont get stung like so many

That product is nearly a scam: it doesn't clean the teeth at all - the vibrations are a mere gimmick and are just there because the engineers saw "need vibration" on the product road.
A pretty poor product and the team around it has struggled for 2 years to bring that product to life. For anyone thinking in buying it, don't - wait a few years for a proper company to make a working prototype. I have been trying to get a refund for the extra mouthpiece that I had ordered through kickstarter (it has not been shipped yet), and they just don't give a damn about the request, even though they are far from starving for money after all they raised..
