Ordered skip on line from Friday to following Saturday. Turned up, no problem, phone the monday after the Saturday to ask when it was getting picked up, " oh it's not booked for collection" I asked for it to be taken by Thursday...........phoned up Thursday " oh it's not booked again" no explanation, just if you read the small print.... i asked how could I order for specific dates and 4 working days later be told it wasn't booked??? Phoned again Friday as they did not call me back yo confirm. Got it confirmed for Monday pick up....a in all spent over 3 hrs on the phone to the for no help whatsoever, if you want a skip go eleswhere°°
I got scammed and robbed
I got scammed and robbed! I have booked a skip/truck and they told me they only would book me in, if I paid the full amount before hand as the truck would have to drive all the way to my address, they charged me £378 and sent me a fake email and invoice of £315 which did not match the amount they charged on my card. They never showed up and I am now without money to book another skip and I am in desperate need of a skip urgently. The number I had I called many times, until I was blocked, my partner also tried to call and he was blocked too! I want my money back and please do not use this company!

Dreadful
Dreadful. They didn’t provide us with Ts and Cs. I explained the skip was for household clearance. Several items consistent with this were refused and the company sent a bill ( as much as the cost of the original skip ) to dispose of them. We offered to collect and dispose ourselves but they had already been disposed of. Shoddy
Teeside travail
Ryan not only gave us a great rate for the. 2 skips but fully explained exchange and collection, that was seamlessly undertaken by operative.
Didn’t collect when they said they would
Delivery was fine although the driver didn’t phone in advance except to say he couldn’t find us. But I booked a pick and was given a date but that didn’t happen. Poor communication all round

Took payment, failed delivery twice, then asked for more money
I had a very poor experience with this company.
They took payment from my account immediately, but failed to deliver the skip, not once, but twice. At no point was I contacted to explain any issue. I had to chase them myself after 6 days, and was initially told it was an error and that it would be resolved.
After the second failed delivery, and only after I followed up again now 8 days after payment, I was then told I needed to pay extra due to their “mistake.” This was never mentioned before any email communication, including during a phone call where I was assured the issue would be corrected and the skip delivered.
To make matters worse, the original price I paid was still being advertised up to the previous night of getting told they had made a mistake, which raises serious concerns. (currently all online skip hire is disabled) It feels like a bait-and-switch; take payment upfront, fail to deliver, then demand more money or make the customer wait 7–10 days for a refund, after 7 to 10 days of them having my money and not even noticing they had provided no service. Again, if I had not reached out they would have just kept my money and not done anything.
Under UK consumer law, services must be delivered with reasonable care and within a reasonable time. This clearly hasn’t happened here.
Overall, extremely disappointing service, poor communication, and an unfair attempt to pass their mistake onto the customer. I would not recommend.
Adding the forced refund never came through either, I had to go to my bank and reverse the VISA charge and go back to the company once more to bring them to task.

Well when you order skip to arrive in the morning pay 500 pounds and the skip doesn’t come we phoned you and we’re told can’t have a skip for two more days I was moving from my house on the day I needed it new buyers were not impressed so that’s not good enough

Skips were generally delivered ok ok
Skips were delivered ok, there was a delay of a day for one of the 3 skips delivered, apparently due to the driver being off sick and the 3rd skip we ordered I requested it not to be placed at the garage so we had access but it was parked in front of the garage, which made things more difficult as it was the garage we were emptying otherwise the service was good
Poor communication
We ordered 2 skips, the first to be collected when the second was delivered. Out of the three visits we were only contacted 20 mins before delivery on one occasion despite having asked to be contacted before each visit. Also it was imperative that the skip was picked up during the pre-school holiday. It was not. This led to the pre-school being impacted on their return. We were not impressed!
