We ordered 2 skips, the first to be collected when the second was delivered. Out of the three visits we were only contacted 20 mins before delivery on one occasion despite having asked to be contacted before each visit. Also it was imperative that the skip was picked up during the pre-school holiday. It was not. This led to the pre-school being impacted on their return. We were not impressed!

I was sent a message on the 2nd of February asking me to book the return, which I did for Saturday 7th of February. It was not collected. On phoning this morning I was told it takes up to 5 days from booking the return for this to take place. Presumably that is why the first available date was the 7th of February. I was told this morning, in a tone that Implied it was my fault and I needed to be patient, that it could be 5 days from now for collection. Not Good enough. I have 2 large pallets being delivered on Thursday the 12th and this skip needs to go. I was again told, no guarantee of collection can be made. Again, Not Good Enough. Would it be acceptable for me to say 'you cannot have payment for 5 days or for however long I decide'? Of course not. I will not be using AMA again.

The driver did not phone me,he rang my ring doorbell once stood at my gate for 2 mins i timed him then went did not knock on door which i would have heard only booked day before did not have a time given to me my neighbours across the road were on holiday i was charged £110 + vat for him not leaving the skip the 2nd driver was prompt and early waied for my son 2 mins he had to remove fence panel did it in 2 mins very nice 2nd man i would not recomend this company to any one at a cost of allmost £500 it is a lot of money i had to save being a pensioner money is tight thankyou mrs p m broadhead

I had very bad experience with this company couldn't deliver skip on agreed date and when i called on helpline number they send cancellation email while I was on call when so avoid this company and pay few quid extra and hire from any other company basically this company is very irresponsible and don't care about customers

NOT trustworthy at all. Very mis-leading list of prohibited items provided in order email (explicitly lists fridges and freezers, does NOT mention electrical items at all). They then disposed of electrical items without checking with me that I wanted to pay additional fee to have them disposed of. They would never have been in the skip I hired if they were on the list of prohibited items from the email.
NOTE - they also operate as Circle Waste (which is where I'd ordered from but they are the same company) - so beware.

He provided option and costs making it easy and straightforward to make an informed decisions.

Booked a skip, paid for it , then day before delivery Chloe. phones up saying there will be £80 extra charge as their website was wrong !

Excellent customer service, slight hiccup with the delivery date - skip arrived early, but there wasn't any problem, they took it back and redelivered once we were ready
