Indifferent service
Estimated delivery period of 2 days became 5. No notification of delivery date sent. When chased they were unable to track the delivery. They stated that couriers were beyond their control and not their responsibility. Very indifferent service once they have taken your money.

Hi Mike,
I'm sorry to hear that your order took longer to arrive than expected.
Whilst it is true that the delivery element is sometimes out of our control due to items arriving via courier, we still have standards to maintain - and I apologise that we fell short.
If you could kindly email feedback@cmostores.com with your DS order number, it would be greatly appreciated and will allow me to investigate further.
Apologies once again, and I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Kind regards,
Phil.

Advertised and sold products that are unavailable, told alternative was £150 extra and that their bank details changed so send the difference HERE, wasted a day of building and so far I haven’t received a refund.
So far I’d say absolute scam material.
I’ll take this down when the refund arrives.

Good morning Jeffry,
I’m sorry to hear about the issues you’ve experienced with your order.
When you originally contacted us by email, you received an automated response advising that our response time can be up to 3 days. This also highlighted that, for urgent enquiries such as cancellations, we recommend contacting us by telephone so that we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately, by the time we were able to pick up and respond to your email, the items had already been delivered. As the order had already been delivered, we therefore provided you with the relevant returns information so that you could arrange the return of the items.
I appreciate this may not have been the outcome you were hoping for, and I’m sorry for any frustration this has caused.
Kind regards,
Phil.

Awful company
Awful company, clearly a reseller and passes the buck when you have any problems. One item was damaged and the second item wasn’t dispatched for 2 weeks no explanation. Raised with the service team who just kept saying they needed to refer to the supplier - if buying through a company I expect them to deal with any issues. Therefore everything took longer than it should. Then to be told I’ll need to wait 14 days for a refund on items they hadn’t been dispatched is daft and seems like they don’t care when the impact is on the customer so long as they’re not out of pocket, even when it’s in their control.
Avoid them, buy with a reputable company who won’t mess you about.

Good morning Louise,
I sincerely apologise for the issues encountered with your order - and thank you for your time on the phone just now.
As discussed, your refund shall be actioned our side today, and then be with you within 3-5 days once completed by our accounts team. This is just whilst it goes through the banking process.
Again, please accept our apologies, and if you need any further assistance please let me know.
Kind regards,

Initial order -excellent
Initial order -excellent. Found broken part. Emailed got a 3 day warning not to email within 3 days - waited 4 days, no response, send another email. Finally got phonecall a day later. Guy said was clearing 'spam box' did I still want. Yes, said would send overnight, 4 days later rang as not rec'd; could hardly hear the sales person, could hear her colleague next to her clearly, was sent overnight. Sort you after sales out, otherwise was good

Good Afternoon,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
I do sincerely apologise about this.
I can see your email was found in our spam folder and one of our company Directors called you to check that this was still needed so we could get this sorted for you.
We are looking in to what caused a further delay in getting the replacement item to you to ensure this does not happen again in future.
I'm really sorry about this.
Kind Regards
Samantha
