Second time my delivery is missing items
Second time my delivery is missing items. That's okay, I spent time on finding out what is missing and refunding items on the app. When I ask for a free delivery (not the items of course, but the delivery that I supposed to have for free cause I ordered items on over £70) of the missing items they make a huge problem out of it wasting 30 min of my time on the chat. If they make a mistake why do I have to waste my time and then pay for the delivery of the missing items. Never shopping food with them again.
Over charged at Amazon Fresh store
I was charged 3 times more amount what supposed to be charged at Amazon Fresh in La Habra, CA. One red onion weight about 1 pound, but a cashier insisted it was weighted over 3 lbs. I kept questioned him, but I was charged over $6. I went to closeby another supermarket to buy the same item to make sure that, charged only for 1 lb. I immediately went back to Amazon Fresh store, talked to the manager, she and the cashier did not even say sorry, just refunded, bad attitude. Mistake can happen, but more important is admit their mistake and apologize. Do not recommend to shop at Amazon Fresh store.

Ordered for delivery on 12/31. Order was delayed. Delayed again. Then they just cancelled it. I reordered the next day, paid a second time, and am still waiting for the refund on my first order that they cancelled. It doesn't show in order history, so I can't use their useless web app. All phone calls are going to a queue and I've spent the last hour on hold for someone. Never use this service

Estos sinvergüenzas pese a que tienen una casilla en donde puedes seleccionar si quieres sustituir un producto o no, en caso de que no queden existencias, no solo no cumplen con ese requisito, sino que hacen algo totalmente ilegal: modifican el pedido que has hecho para que no puedas reclamar.
En otra ocasion pense que me había confundido porque hucieron lo mismo, pero esta vez se les ha visto el plumero. Pues el producto que pedí lo hizo mi padre de un pedido anterior (le dio a volver a comprar) mientras que el que me han mandado no lo había pedido nunca.
Son unos estafadores sin escrúpulos.

You ALWAYS notice old colored product in the Wayne store. The vegetables are not rotated out to remove bad product. The meats? STAY AWAY FROM! Poorly butchered and just LOOK bad in the packaging. The quality of the meat tastes poor. Right now I am eating the WORST filet mignon I have EVER had! Products are WAY over priced! I recently compared prices to the Shop Rite across the highway! Ready? Amazon $137.85....Shop Rite $88.32! A 36% difference! AND much better product! I predict the Amazon Fresh stores will be closing soon! Greg P.
"Undeliverable" is their key word
They promise delivery and then state "delayed" and then hours later state "can not deliver", order cancelled and you will be refunded in 3 days. Terrible service. They don't even get 1 star - but I had no choice but to check one star.

Pineapple and Bosc pears were rotten but still on shelves. I was overcharged for two items. This store is brand new. Out of business on a weekday early afternoon. What they gonna do on Sat? wheres the prime ribs and turkeys?

MUCH EASIER THAN OLD SHOPRITE METHOD...All you have to do is scan each item and put in your bags..electronic screen shows each item with price paid. When done it was paid with my Amazon card..NO EXTRA WORK OF TAKING OUT OF CART TO CHECKOUT... We loved it...Store was very
neat and well laid out with large isles...The store staff were friendly and eager to help.ALSO JUST BOUGHT THE BEST BARBEQUE CHICKEN THAT I HAVE EVER HAD..lots of white,moist and perfectly seasoned meat..If you like chicken ..you must try it...you will be very happy..
Unmögliches Verhalten des Fahrers!
Ich wohne im Rückgebäude. Durch die Glastür zum Vordergebäude habe ich dem Fahrer zugewinkt, damit er mir die Ware an meine Wohnung bringt. Stattdessen hat er die komplette Lieferung mit seiner Lastenkarre einfach vor der Tür des Aufzuges im Vordergebäude abgestellt und sich schnellstmöglich verdrückt. Somit konnte ich den ganzen Kram vom Vordergebäude einzeln in meine Wohnung tragen.
Die gekühlten Waren hat er einfach in zwei dieser großen blauen Amazon-Kühltaschen gelassen. Die stehen jetzt bei mir statt wo sie hingehören bei Amazon.
Der Pepsi 6er-Träger war nicht mehr vorhanden und die Flaschen musste ich somit einzeln tragen.
Pfand konnte ich keinen zurück geben.
Telefonisch war der Fahrer nicht erreichbar (kein Anschluss unter dieser Nummer).
Ich war früher Stammkunde bei Amazon Fresh und da gab es quasi nie Probleme. Seit ca. einem halben Jahr nur noch die reinste Katastrophe!

AVOID Amazon Fresh in Austin TX. If there's more than one form of payment in your account, they will ALL be charged. And forget about getting assistance from their customer service. Totally useless. They'll just make one even more annoyed. I've never had an issue with the regular Amazon customer service. I'm taking it as a lesson learned. HEB & Walmart plus are much better & more honest. Better interfaces, apparently.

Ad said prices were up to 50% lower, but instead, everything I looked at was higher than the grocery stores I normally shop at. Never going back. Saw several other customers walking out, without making a purchase!

Nothing seems to work right
Nothing seems to work right. At Amazon Fresh in Chevy Chase, Md. large sign over avocados says "4 for $5" but price comes up as $5.08. Explanation? Tax. But there is no tax on food items, and if there were, it would be $5.30. Stouffer's dinners up to 11.5 oz. are advertised as "2 for $5" But no Stouffer's exist in 11.5oz, most are 12 oz, and at check-out the full price shows up. Have to waste time going to Customer service; money is refunded but basically they don't seem to care. Overall, there is only one item in the store that is consistently cheaper than elsewhere and that is milk. But virtually all other items are more expensive than other stores. Not worth the time or trouble,

The store advertises in big onsite signage that all milk and yogurt is 25% off. No discount shows up on the dash cart. You ask an associate. They tell you it will get adjusted as you checkout your dash cart. No discount! You think it will get reflected on the receipt in the app. You get home and check the receipt. No discount. You request a call from customer service through the app. Customer service call back is prompt but after 15 minutes of going back and forth she says that the system is not allowing her to make the correction that I will need to call the store directly. I hangup and look for the store number. The listed phone number for every single Amazon fresh store is one 800 phone number. So I call that number and ask them to connect me to the store. They say they cannot connect me and that I will have to call them directly at, guess what, the same 800 number. And she politely suggests that she will stay on the line while I call that 800 number. I tell her that is the number that I have called and that is why she's talking to me. She's all confused. Then she starts validating my authenticity like as if I've called my bank or my credit card company. Then she finds out from the Amazon fresh department that the only way to solve the issue is for me to go back to the store. There we are. Back in the stone age. If Amazon Fresh goes the way of the dinosaurs, it will have nothing to do with the economy or the competition.

I ordered and got 2 random orderes for different addresses. I called them since food is a necessity thinking they would instantly send a new batch or refund a credit. NOPE. My receipts of the peoples food I got and order numbers isn’t enough for their “investigations” so I have to lose food and my money to feed my 3 kids for days until they decide what to do when clearly I have proof in my hand and I sent them and they will not help me. This company is horrible. Customer service is even worse are they serious? Johnelectric93 is my account for Amazon. I need this resolved or I’m going to post this everywhere. This is sad very sad. Hiring people they can’t read English then blaming the customer for their mishaps. No way

Dejé de comprar en esta tienda debido a que nunca cumplen los plazos de entrega la cual era la principal ventaja frente a otros supermercados. Haces planes en función a la franja de entrega que has elegido y normalmente los entregan con más de un ahora de retraso con el trastorno que supone. En ocasiones hasta los cancelan argumentado algo normalmente falso (en vez de reconocer que no les ha dado tiempo a entregar).
En el último pedido que hice, era verano y los productos habían roto la cadena de frío.
En definitiva. Una pena. Un servicio que empezó muy bien y a día de hoy no se puede usar.
Expired Food
How can a company that employs so many be so careless regarding expired food? You can not deliver FOOD, especially something like deli meat that can carry bacterias like listeria.
Also, how can putting sliced bread in the same bag as raw meat? It's obvious the company does not prioritize customers health safety, nor does its employees.
I have had numerous issues like poorly packed eggs resulting in egg gooh all over the bag and it's contents. Also, dripped fruit juices bags. I am done!
Just spent $360 and got expired Smoked Ham deli meat of about 20 days pasted the stamped date.
I will shop with FreshDirect, no AmazonFresh again!
Big Tip for Bad Service Can't Be Undone
Forget about using Amazon Fresh. My order came yesterday with smashed tortilla chips and stale produce. Amazon automatically gave the delivery person a $10 tip. The order detail includes a link to edit the tip amount after delivery, but the link doesn't work. Called Amazon customer service about this and they transferred me to Amazon Fresh customer service. After relating the tip issue over again to yet another person with a heavy foreign accent, I was told nothing could be done to fix the edit link. I was offered a $5 discount for my trouble, which did not really resolve the core issue--bad service does not deserve a nice tip. Just couldn't get the agent to understand this. So the edit link is still not working and it probably never did or ever will. Amazon customer service = no service. Also, no way to reach the delivery person to make them aware of the bad service. I will crawl to the store myself before using Amazon Fresh again.
