These are the best thong underwear I’ve ever worn. Seamless, they are so comfortable and look sooo good especially in leggings- zero camel toe! If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

misleading marketing, the gusset of is not different in any way from other u dewar and the underwear is super cheaply made. tried to get a refund because of how misleading their marketing was and received horrible customer service. they eventually stopped responding to my emails. ripoff of a company, expensive and bad product. this company sucks.

Useless. Thin, cheap, and doesn’t do anything for the “camel toe”. Absolute rip off. Don’t waste your money.

I never received my order, and the company simply ignored my emails.

Straight to the point:
• sent wrong sizes on most underwear (purchased 4 L & 4M) didn't receive that at all, mainly large
• doesn't have thick gusset that's sewn into like how it's shown in pictures, just a flimsy sticky material on all 8 underwear
• sent wrong shape as well. Sent high-rise not mid-rise like how I purchased
Overall, terrible experience and didn't bother contacting them because I washed all underwear without verifying the sizes and rise of the underwear. Didn't think I'd have to verify they sent the correct items, but clearly not! I can't return or exchange at this point, but disappointing knowing I spent a lot of money on these underwears thinking it's going to be premium material for CT and it's nothing of what they advertise. Don't spend your hard earn money on this brand!

The customer service is atrocious. The items came and they did not fit even close to the measurements so I contacted them to return. They informed no returns and offered a discount to order new sizes. I declined and indicated I wished to exercise my no questions asked 100% satisfaction 30 day refund as clearly stated on their website. Can’t get anyone to respond to any emails now…..I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered. I would never have taken a chance v I have also found at least two formal complaints to the BBB that reference the exact same issue and policy on their website that they fail to follow

The bra has what it takes for comfort. But the prices let me down ngl....which needs to be lower.

Fits true to size, good stretch, comfortable for yoga. Does exactly what I needed.

The high-rise thong stays perfectly in place during deep squats and lunges. It is a relief to find activewear underwear that actually performs well.

Before purchasing and this is by far too good to be true type of deal. First wash on gentle cycle the lining started coming apart. Top it off I received a defected product where the side seam arrived ripped off.
I reached out the week of stating their no questions asked refund and I recieved these end of April and now it’s June 16,2026
They have yet to get back to me and been sending emails and in my 10th email still no response . They are not offering me a full refund only to replace that one damaged product and 50% off next purchase which is ridiculous. I’m a med in every other stores and here this fits me like grandma things. This store is a scam and they only choose to out 5 star ratings which are fake reviews

BUYER BEWARE. These are very cheaply made. They do not stay in place. I am a small woman and they were constantly rolling down. There customer service is terrible. They will not refund your money. They tell you you got the wrong size and say they will give you 50% of another order just to try and get some more $$ from you. DONT BUY FROM THEM!!

Lightweight, stretchy, and they stay in place. No visible lines through clothes.

Front panel in not working as it should but it's very good. Last but not least, no more camel toes when performing deep squats at the gym.

It covered pretty much everything, starting from the order process.

These thongs don't show lines under leggings and the fabric breathes nicely. Just what I needed.

The clothing quality was decent and comfortable to wear. There were minor delays with the order, but the overall experience was satisfactory.

Dreadful customer service- do not buy these items they have no returns policy at all, disgusting customer service

Update after involving the BBB and complaining on various platforms I received my money back.

Eliminating wardrobe malfunctions
Providing comfort for extended wear
Smooth fabric and wide gusset for improved fit
Suitable for daily activities (gym, work, shopping, etc.)

After receiving the items, I used the company’s size chart to select appropriate sizes. However, the products did not fit as indicated and were not consistent with the sizing guidance provided.
Upon wearing the garments over several days, I experienced the following issues:

Poor fit despite using the provided size chart
Rolling and shifting during wear
Significant discomfort
Failure to perform as advertised

These issues directly contradict the product claims regarding comfort, fit, and performance.

Attempts to Resolve

I responded that:

The order falls within their advertised 30-day guarantee window
The items do not fit and do not perform as advertised
I am requesting a refund based on their stated policy

Ambar Wear has refused to honor the refund and has not provided a resolution.

Issue with Business Practices

Their products are cheaply made in China and dont fit properly. I havent even worn them and tried to return but because they are underwear they say you cant return them. YOu can return other brands as long as they are not worn, which these arent. They offered me a discount on future purchases, but like I sad to them, why would I purchase anything from them if the quality is subpar. No thanks. Money not well spent and all of the brand new underwear will have to go directly into the trash. Save you money, not worth it at all even when they offer a discuont. Even witht he discount you are paying too much for a poor product.
