There are no refunds or exchanges for the high-rise thong underwear I purchased. I did not try them on, but I could tell they were too small. They offered an additional discount if I made another purchase, which I refused. I eventually tried them on with my leggings. The stitching across the padded area (where the pubic bone is located) is very visible through the fabric of the leggings (light or dark). Basically, this thong underwear does not deliver what it promises to. I am shocked they are in business.

Save your money. I ordered $60 worth of seamless underwear thong underwear and did not receive the correct order. Also, the smalls are like xtra smalls. They wouldn’t exchange so now I’m stuck with items that I didn’t want

I am 115 lbs, 5"3. I ordered a small. Beware, the small was so tight - definitely more XS. I asked to exchange but no deal. On the website, they state:
Within 30 days from the date of delivery you have the option to exchange the purchased items. You can request a size change or a refund.
Items must be in perfect condition, unused, in their original packaging, and with all the supplied accessories.
Not true. Hidden under the underwear section, it states that returns and exchanges are not excepted except for sizing issues.
This was a sizing issue, but still they would not exchange for a Medium. They offered a 50% discount on a new order. I emailed back and forth with them.
So, be careful, the sizing is off and the customer service is not satisfactory. I ordered from another similar company and the small was perfect.

After two or three washes the inside liner crumples up and is impossible to smooth out. They need to stitch it at the corners. Otherwise it is a nice fit, but useless now!

How disappointing!! The alleged "insert" that supposedly eliminates (or mitigates) camel toe, is so flimsy that it is almost non-existent. There is little to no difference when wearing them. Please don't waste your money on this product.

What was advertised and what I received was different . The sizes are not accurate either . Don't order from here .

Worst customer "service" ever. I emailed to ask if the XL underwear would fit my measurements, to which they said yes you'll be fine. After waiting at least 2 weeks for the package to arrive from CHINA, I was very disappointed that the underwear was indeed too small. I asked for a refund or exchange, and they offered NEITHER. This is what they offered, which is unacceptable: "You can keep your current item and use your special discount code to order any style from our store for 50% off the promotional price. This way, you won't have to change sizes; you can choose the style that best suits your needs"
I told them I'm never ordering from them again.

Everything about this company is misleading. It took over 2 weeks to receive my order, which ended up coming from China. Their website advertises exchanges for sizing issues, yet when I reached out for a size exchange, I was told they do not accept exchanges for underwear, which is their core business... Instead I was offered a coupon for 50% off if I purchased the new size. Absolutely ridiculous, I'm not going to give them MORE money after they didn't live up to their advertised policy. In addition, they cited hygiene reasons for not accepting underwear exchanges, however, my order arrived without bags, without hygiene liners, and even untagged. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Terrible quality vs. the price they charge you! Sizing is off, fabric is low quality and stretches out, and the worst part is that they are non breathable, so your hoo-ha sweats! Avoid this brand at all cost!

This company misled customers, and the product is not what is shown in the picture. They also give the impression that it's a company based in Spain with offices in the United States, when the package actually comes from China. The material is very cheap, the size is smaller than usual, and they don't accept returns, only exchanges, but you have to contact someone via email. It's a scam, don't buy from them.Also They took 14 day to deliver.

Drop shipped company with zero customer service. Relies on ONE time purchase than ghosts customers.

Products are not novel and contain no added benefit for camel toe protection. The products shown in their advertisements with the beautiful people are not what you will get. Read reviews on reddit and you will find posts of women like me receiving normal cotton lined underwear and zero customer service follow-up.

Also IF you do order notice the mailing sticker ON TOP of another mailing sticker. This is evidence of drop shipped product.

Terrible customer service. I ordered the low rise no camel toe thongs but when I received them they weren’t as pictured as on their website. I want to exchange since they aren’t what I was expecting and insultingly, the company is offering for me to buy a different style at 50% discount. Why would I want to spend more money at this horrible company who claims they strive for customer satisfaction and service. What a joke.

This company is a scam. I got my order and one pair didn't even have the insert. Upon reaching out to request a refund (which they state on their website they offer within 30 days along with "simple and easy" returns, I was offered a credit for their online store. I spent $45 on defective underwear and wanted a full return. Since then it has been 2 months and they just keep saying they are waiting to hear from someone in a higher up department. I have resorted to just wearing the underwear which don't actually prevent camel toe, and fall apart or have the insert get twisted after only a few washes.

Horrible customer experience. They don’t stand behind their return policy, basically lie to keep from ever returning your money.

What a total scam. I purchased eight thongs for $80 and I received four thongs, three of which were either the wrong size, wrong color or wrong style. So I got one thong for $80. They responded once to my email about the error, asking for photos. I sent photos of the underwear, the packaging and the shipping label. No response at all. Despite multiple attempts on my side for resolution. Horrible awful customer service and a super shady “business”. Save your money unless you like throwing it in the trash can.
