From quotation through to installation, the whole process was seamless. For what is a significant investment, there was full transparency on agreeing a price, consistent & regular updates, no chasing on my part at any stage. All dates were met with the installation completed in under 3 days, no mess or inconvenience, all Amber staff I interacted with were a credit to the company. Most importantly, I am very pleased with the product, the quality and look, it has made a big difference to my property.

Had a few problems with our orangery,delay due to a frame problem damage to the frame and a leaky roof.
All was dealt with quickly and efficiently with karen

We have used Amber on a many occasions now for full window and installations at both our home and office and have always found them committed and professional from the initial enquiry to completion.

We have had Amber here on 3 occasions. To provide bifold doors, French doors and windows for a new extension. To replace existing French doors. And lastly to replace all of the windows at the front of the house including a bay window.
All in a bespoke colour.
They have been professional and knowledgeable at every stage of booking, surveying and installation.
The extension was being constructed when they first visited and liaison with us and the builders was good.
With any project we appreciate it’s rare to complete everything without any niggles and believe it is how these are dealt with that is important.
Amber have good customer service and a couple of minor issues we had were dealt with swiftly.
All the replacement doors and windows were fitted well. Very clean and tidy. And no remedial work was necessary following installation.
Very pleased with the products we’ve purchased.
We still have the windows at the back of the house to replace and will be going back to Amber.

We had a good experience. Came quickly for a quote and the turnaround was good. Installation was good and admin staff stayed on top of it!

From my first visit to the showroom it was a speedy process to select my new door with the guidance of Laurence. The surveyor arrived at the arranged time and advised me on the locking system for the door. The manufacture was completed more quickly than expected and the fitting was arranged to suit me. I was very happy with Jack the fitter who did an excellent job leaving the whole area immaculate. I love my new door, especially the bright colour blue.

Amber were great from start to finish, the advisor was very knowledgeable and gave us some great advice on products, he was really helpful and not pushy. Communication was great all the way through, surveyor was helpful and the fitter was friendly and did a brilliant job. Our windows and french door look lovely and we will definitely be using Amber again in the future.

We also visited the showroom as we wanted to look at the colours of doors on offer but only a really limited selection to see.
Dates were arranged for fitting but sadly our front door was missing. A couple of failed revised fitting dates later and it finally arrived.
Would genuinely expect a company like this to have received all items before giving us a date to fit the items then letting us down.
It did cause us inconvenience through changing our working arrangements and having to make phone calls.

The fitter we had was excellent. He fixed issues from previous jobs (poorly fitted before), and was very helpful and polite. More importantly he did an excellent job in fitting the latest windows.
There was a problem with one of the units (manufacturing fault), but Karen in customer services was on it straight away and ordered a new unit.

Incredibly quick and efficient, lovely workers to fit and on the phones, very reasonable price. Helped with adaptations to make it more accessible. Very happy

This is the third installation we have had using Amber Home Improvements. Having previously had new doors and windows followed by facias we did not hesitate to use them again for our new garden room. Once again we were not disappointed. The tradesmen were absolutely fantastic. Very efficient. Kept us informed throughout the works. Never left any mess and the job was completed on schedule and to a very high standard.

We had a new conservatory installed. Great communication and updates throughout. The workmen were friendly and kept everywhere tidy and even worked in heavy rain to get it finished on time.

Overall our experience with Amber was very good. We had 8 new windows and a front door fitted. I didn't put 5 stars because we had a few delays before the work was completed. Really happy with the end result. Would definitely use Amber again.

We chose Amber to covert our conservatory into a garden room because they showed real professionalism from the very beginning and we were not disappointed.
We were kept fully informed of the worked as it progressed despite a few delays.
The tradesmen worked extremely hard, sometimes during very difficult weather conditions, clearing up any mess as they went.
The end result has given us a beautiful room which we have used constantly since completion.

We have just had new windows and front door fitted by Amber windows .We would just like to thank Tom and Louie for all there hard work they both did an excellent job in Tamworth .They were both polite and very hard working they even cleaned up and left our house tidy we are really impressed with the quality of there workmanship.We would highly recommend Amber windows .
