She kept me sane during the whole process which was a slow and painful journey caused by my solicitor and also the lengthy time it took for my landlord to extend my lease. Gemma was always there. Her customer service is outstanding and she always kept me informed on how things were progressing. She contacted my solicitor to chase things up. So quick to respond to any emails I sent to her.
