Easy to order, a lot more competitive than ANYWHERE else and I searched for almost two months.
Had to return a roll of the cable and called the contact center, very helpful and easy to deal with.

Your service was great, unfortunately the product is s**t
This unit was to replace a failed unit which I was assured by the manufacturer would fit the same backplate - it didn’t - had to rewire. The QR code reader does not work and the product code number does not appear in the menu as advised.

Fantastic service from Ambient. I was let down by a different retailer / supplier, I waited for more than a week and had to chase status and eventually cancelled the order. I ordered the same items from Ambient at 2pm and they were with me delivered by 9:30 the next day!
