The communication regarding deliver was awful. The courier website still states and ETA 2 days ago. Not what you need when you spend hundreds of pounds! I would recommend going elsewhere

Amazing Customer Care and Service
We had a problem with a thermostat unit that locked out by itself and then wouldn't re-pair with the app - Pro Warm themselves were incredibly helpful and patient guiding us through trying to get it back on to the App - but in the end it was decided that the unit was actually faulty. They directed us to the Underfloor Heating Store to a arrange a replacement under the lifetime warranty - we contacted them at lunch time, got a call mid afternoon to confirm the delivery address and the replacement unit arrived by Fed Ex at 9.00am the following morning. Exemplary service and care from the Manufacturer and the Supplier in equal measure.

Easy to place order quick despatch but had to wait in all day for FedEx delivery which spoilt the experience as the delivery could have been left in my porch or with my neighbour and didn’t need signing for, so spoilt my day !!

What amazing service and communication
Have never purchased underfloor heating before as we have always just subbed people in to do it. Called in and met Jaime who instantly was so helpful!! She has been incredible all the way from enquiry through to us paying for the goods. She is now even offering services and advice on how to install and I could not be happier. We shall be sending more enquiries over without a doubt. Anyone local please do not order online and give these guys an opportunity to quote. As a construction company, we use a lot of suppliers for many aspects of the build. This is by far the easiest process I’ve experienced.
