Very disappointing after-sales service

I have had an extremely disappointing experience with the underfloor heating thermostat and the after-sales service.

The original thermostat was faulty and was eventually replaced. Unfortunately, the replacement thermostat was also faulty and did not work correctly. I reported the issue and contacted the company to get it resolved, but no action was taken.

Because the thermostat was not working correctly, I was unable to properly control my underfloor heating. This resulted in the heating remaining on unnecessarily and caused increased gas bills.

When I raised the matter again, I was asked to provide proof of the original call or email reporting the fault. Unfortunately, I could not locate my copy of the correspondence. Despite the thermostat continuing to be faulty, the company declined to replace it, stating that it was now out of warranty.

The resolution I am seeking is straightforward: I would like the faulty thermostat to be properly inspected and either repaired or replaced. I would also like the company to consider reimbursing the reasonable additional gas costs I have incurred as a result of being unable to properly control the heating.

I do not believe this is an unreasonable request, particularly as I maintain that I reported the fault with the replacement thermostat previously.

I am very disappointed with how this matter has been handled and hope the company will reconsider its decision and provide a fair and reasonable resolution.

Wouldn't order from here again. Ordered a matt that was 0.4 to big for my room then I tried to install and after cutting mesh down and re routing the extra I found it was either under 50mm too close to the loops of heating element or was on perimeter of wall to which they explained not much else I could do so in the end .. ended up binning it and out of pocket for the matt kit and then a further 160 for the levelling compound which is practically pointless returning by rhe time you factor in logistics cost... my error with matt being to big I understand this but if the rules of installation were more clear I may have avoided this misshap neverthless couldnt care about the money just hope this review helps someone else before wasting money
