Elementshop Reviews

Nice and easy to find what I wanted, select it and pay for it.

Very good service

Online ordering is a breeze - don't change anything. Next day delivery is brilliant and can order up to early afternoon for the next day - always a plus!
Ordered online but needed confirmation that I had ordered the correct item. Got the answers I needed and always so helpful and friendly.
Thank you as always.

It was very easy to find what I was looking for and the additional information I needed, the ordering process was straight forward, now I will see how efficient the delivery is.

I spoke with Dean who was super efficient and polite - the whole process was straight forward and quick
Rev Deanna from Hope Church

I was able to get through on the phone starightaway about a query on an order I wanted to place and the sales person who answered was efficient and helpful.
Good service online and on the phone. Product delivery awaited.

Good company to deal with and reasonably priced goods !

Extremely well priced and the correct item. Delivered within 24 hours, so was able to get on with my project.
Couldn't have done better..... Brilliant!

Very easy to order and pay

Easy direct pleasure to use

Great price, they answer the phone when you call, and you can also add a purchase order number to your online order, which makes things a lot easier for us

Can't fault Element Shop's customer service.
Dean was amazingly helpful. He answered all my questions patiently. Our floorplans changed four times so he had to redraw the pipe plan each time which he did for us without complaint.
Our project was delayed and they held the order for us until we wanted it to be delivered and arranged delivery exactly when we asked for it.
One valve arrived damaged but they sent a new one next day.
Best price I found for Profix plus panels.
Can't comment on product quality yet because we are still installing it but I suspect it is all much of a muchness these days!

Package never delivered. They have no photo proof that it was delivered. Did not offer to replace, no refund even though purchased via PayPal. Total scam!

Probably the easiest order process once you setup the account. Proves keeping it simple works better.

Absolutely great customer service, from Natasha, helping out a numpty who didn't know difference between electric and wet systems. Thanks.

Nice and easy. Spoke to Sophie who reviewed everything and all on order. Perfect!

why is there a £4 delivery charge on a £1500 order?

A quick easy site to use, had the bits i required at a competitive price.

Received my order but was no longer required, the item has not even been opened and they are requesting a 30% restock fee plus £20.00 collection!!! Absolutely disgraceful!!! Check the T&C's before ordering although it does not clearly state they will take x amount from the order!!!
