I was wanting to find a Fairtrade organic sustainable onesie and after much Googling & ChatGPT-ing I discovered that the ONLY product available was by the brand Neutral.
I then discovered that the only company in the UK that could sell me one was A.M. Custom Clothing.
I then had quite a few queries and I cannot recommend their customer service enough! Jess was amazing, replying quickly each time and sorting out all the queries I had. Fantastic!

My zipped hoodie was made of excellent quality material and the design that I uploaded was reproduced superbly.
The design tools for my added image to my hoodie were easy to follow.
My purchase was delivered in quick time.

I had ordered some t-shirts for a sponsored charity walk which were due to be delivered too late for the start of the walk - my mistake as I misread the delivery details. Customer services were brilliant, arranging for my order to be rushed through and the t-shirts arrived in time. Excellent services, thank you!

Unfortunately he embroidery quality was very poor. The items has been thrown in a carton and were damp on delivery.

I ordered embroidered hats for my small business (tattoo studio) and had an issue with some of the hats having a little quality problem in one of the letters of the embroidery, the color of the thread also wasn’t exactly what I thought it would be, I asked for replacements of just the ones that had the embroidery problem and they actually offered to replace all 10 hats I ordered and also adjust the thread color for me free of charge. Rebekah who sorted it all with me was so helpful and timely. There were some delays with hat restock but honestly worth the wait because of how accommodating they’ve been. The replacement hats came and they’re absolutely perfect! Incredible quality and perfect thread color :) Will be ordering more from them

I only ordered 5 tops and 2 were the wrong size. I have contacted 3 times about this and received no response. Pricing isn’t any better than BuyTShirtsOnline but shipping is longer and customer service is much worse.

UPDATE: I was told I would receive my correct items ASAP. They only sent one of the two items that were missing. Comically poor.

I ordered several items from AM Custom one month ago and have been wearing them for three weeks, tops.

Already, the printed design has started peeling from a couple of the items so the quality just isn’t up to scratch. I don’t put them on aggressive cycles in the washing machine or use the drier on them, I air dry them, so the printing quality just isn’t living up to my expectations. So disappointing.

I ordered some customised embroidery on a baseball cap. What I received exceeded my expectations. The quality of the stitching was superb. Furthermore, the baseball cap was great quality, fitted perfectly and my combination of colours worked really well. The cap arrived ahead of time too. I would use this company again.

Unbelievable quality and design, took the time to make sure everything was perfect.

Will 100% be purchasing from them again.

My second time ordering, this time a set of 5 unique self designed tees. Wonderful service as usual (thanks to all, but a special mention for Rebekah). I don't have the tees to hand as yet, but they are with my daughter at the moment, who says they are looking wonderful. Thanks again, I'll be back for more soon!

I would like to say that I expected the delivery and manufacturing take way longer. I was pleasantly surprised! My order was complete in about a week from placing it. Lovely!
Since it was a surprise gift for a friend, I was also happy to find out that the delivery to my friend's house vent smoothly and the surprise wasn't spoiled. In fact, the way the package was tagged actually elevated her reaction tenfold. Joy!

I sincerely recommend this manufacturer and their products, my experience was way better than any of my original expectations.

I am so glad I found this company, they are just amazing. Quality of product, ease of purchase, fast delivery, highly recommend them to anyone.

I'm afraid I'm not satisfied with the service and the model A.M.Clothing conduct business. I have received only a part of an order I placed 1.5 months ago. 2 sizes went out of stock when I placed the order, and the date of restock keeps being delayed. First delay 14th July, then 3rd August, and now 29th September.

I have customers who have pre-ordered t-shirts through me, and I have to keep telling them their order is delayed, this is the third time, which makes me look untrustworthy.

Some of the stock I had ordered was also to sell at an event which has been and gone, so I have missed out on business because of these delays.

While I understand A.M.Clothing work under a model where you order stock in after a customer has placed an order, but this model means no ETA can be guaranteed and the customer suffers.

I have been offered an alternative t-shirt style, but the cost of each shirt would mean I wouldn't make a profit from my pre-orders.

This whole process has caused me a lot of stress and I really don't think the service matches what I paid for.

Prior to this. I ordered 2 samples. The first sample was fine, but I noticed it needed design tweaking. So I ordered another sample with the updates design, but the 2nd sample was wrong. The design they printed on this sample was the design from my first sample. They need to pay more attention, as my time and this t-shirt was wasted.

Used A.M Custom Clothing a few times now and they never disappoint. First class communication and excellent customer service. Product is reasonably priced and good quality

I ordered a batch of new T Shirts for our buisness and found that A.M Custom Clothing had the most compettiive pricing. I have previously ordered workwear through their website before and had an equally positive experience. Delivery was quick and the selection is huge.

One of the garments had a small manufacturing fault but within 60 minutes of reporting this, Jess had emailed back stating that she had already posted a replacment and to expect it in the next few days. Excellent customer service all around - I will be back for more!

Absolutely over the moon with the service from A.M Custom Clothing, especially from Rebekah. She was so helpful as I was after a particular custom print lightweight hoodie for my partner's birthday. There was a long turnaround time for this item in particular, but Rebekah managed to work her magic and it arrived a lot earlier than anticipated. Really appreciate the efforts here and the hoodie is exactly what my partner was looking for.
