Ordered flowers for my mum and couldn’t have been happier with the result. The flowers were beautiful and mum couldn’t have been more pleased. I felt for the price I paid I got well more than my moneys worth and I’ll be ordering again and would highly recommend to friends and family!

I received a beautiful white bouquet from this florist and was so impressed with the quality. The flowers were absolutely stunning, elegant, and arranged perfectly. What stood out most was how long they lasted, they stayed fresh and beautiful for such a long time. You can really tell they use high-quality flowers and put care into their work. I would definitely recommend them and will be ordering again!

Very disappointing experience for a florist branding itself as “luxury”.

While the arrangement looked nice overall, several flowers arrived with visible browning, bruising and petal damage that I would not expect at this price point.

What disappointed me most was the complete unwillingness to acknowledge any concerns raised. Every issue was dismissed with explanations about “guard petals” and repeated insistence that the flowers were in “excellent condition”, which made me feel like a genuine complaint was being treated as an attempt for a cheeky refund rather than valid customer feedback.

I appreciate flowers are natural products, but when customers are paying premium prices, both quality and customer service should reflect that.

Absolutely blown away by the quality and service from this company! The customer service was genuinely amazing, so friendly, helpful, and attentive from start to finish. You can really tell they care about their customers and put love into what they do.

The flowers themselves were fresh, beautifully arranged and lasted so well. The bouquet looked stunning and exceeded expectations!

Amazing customer services and really really lovely flowers

Well, where do I start? Flowers were ordered and despatched Saturday and arrived to my door Sunday! 20 stems of coral peonies all arrived safely in the most incredible packaging. They were sent in an oasis aswell as being tied down to the box, I’ve never had packaging like this for flowers, safety and care of them is clearly the forefront for home delivery! The flowers are beautiful, I couldn’t be happier.

AR is by far the best and most stunning floristry in this area. I simply would not go anywhere else. Not only is the work beautiful, the operation is smooth, and reliable. They have never let me down for the big occasions. Either delivering, or popping to the workshop to collect, the team are always welcoming and helpful. 5 stars are not enough!

What can I say except for Amelia rose is absolutely exceptional. Their service, the flowers, the quality, their creativity everything is just incredible.
I have been shopping with Amelia rose now since they first started and they have never let me down, they are my go to on birthdays, Mother’s Day, and occasions when you want to make someone feel so special, every girl who receives an AR bouquet feels like the luckiest girl.

I recently had my birthday and received the most beautiful bouquets and are still going strong and look just as beautiful a week later, last year I had AR do all the flowers at my 30th birthday party, they exceeded my expectation in every way and will definitely be using them at my wedding! The best flowers you can get! I've bought a few bunches from Amelia Rose and they get better every time which I didn't think was possible. They are the most beautiful flowers. Such an easy process ordering them as well and when she bring them to your car if you are collecting. I couldn't recommend them enough!
