Clear liquid stains will not come out of this product. One was water and one was chicken broth. I contacted them directly and the response was they would pass my feedback on. Ridiculous.

Said it shipped. After it didnt arrive, I asked what happened and found out the item wasn't available. This was the second order. The first order, the same thing happened, but they caught it, contacted me, and offered a 20% discount.

Best t-shirt I've ever had. I don't know how it can be thick, yet soft and silky. Wish I could afford one in every color.

Terrible delivery. Using DoorDash to deliver $168 dollar sweatshirt. Not proper Bayard Winthorp. We paid a premium for product, you pay for a premium delivery service!

Love the quality. My son and nephew wear your clothes. However very expensive.

Product met and exceeded expectations. Quality material and workmanship. Made in USA. Order was shipped within 24 hours and arrived 3 days after I placed it (placed Friday arrived Monday). Have since placed two additional orders with American Giant and had similar positive experiences.

Great experience with my first ever order! I initially had a problem with the sizing on the hoodie I ordered. They were able to resolve my issues with no questions asked. I ended up going to their outlet store in North Carolina and purchasing three hoodies there. The quality is insanely good on these!

Quality is great, but they spam your email like nobody's business, even after unsubscribing.

Ordered another Mens Redwood Fleece Overshirt because I love my current shirt in that style. Somehow the order got delivered to a random Post Office in my city and the picture sent by the delivery folks showed it set on the floor in front of a bunch of P.O. boxes, rather than having been delivered to my house. Contacted American Giant with the photo showing it was misdelivered, not knowing what to expect. American Giant came through and sent me a replacement shirt immediately, which I received 2 days later even though it was during the Thanksgiving time period. Excellent clothing and excellent customer service!

My wife purchased a hoodie for me. I love the hoodie and I love the story of this company - I will always support an American. I had an issue with my hoodie - it developed a tear after only a couple of weeks of wear. When I contacted the company to inquire if this was the expectation of the product, I was floored by the response. 'We are not addresses customer issues until after the holidays'; a full two months before I can even make a claim or talk to anyone. I can see that getting new customers during the holidays is more important than satisfying a current customer. Very disappointing response.

Jen knew right away what the problem was in applying some of my "threads" for a purchase, and rectified the sequencing mistake I had made. She was kind and patient--I really appreciate her help. I ordered 3 T's and a pullover but the package arrived with 1 T and the pullover. AG quickly responded with the other 2 T's.
Their clothes are high quality in a variety of colors and weights and are made in the US.
