I found the product I was looking for. I had to call customer service to resolve a problem, and the guy was attentive. fixed my problem right away.

Quick turn around. Easy pick up. Wainscoting looks beautiful with deep details we couldn't achieve by sub-par Home Depot options.

Bob was great to deal with. Got my order out sooner than expected. Shipping was good. Haven't installed yet but product looks great.

You forgot to ship it.

Caused great delay and return trips for carpenters and painters who live an hour and a half away from the project. Delayed acceptance and occupancy of a five million dollar beach house.
When it did ship the carrier informed me on Friday January 6th it would be delivered on Monday January 9th.
At 3 oclock on the ninth I called the carrier. They informed me at that time that the material would be delivered on Tuesday not Monday.
So I drove an hour to their depot and waited an hour for them to find and release my order.
I did this because I had men scheduled to install the material Tuesday and painters coming today, Wednesday.

Fast shipping and quality product.
I used a good quality primer and paint with a flow additive and got very good results with a brush. The beadboard is very dense and the machining is precise. The shipper lost part of my order, and it was replaced very quickly with minimal fuss. Nice to see an American company with a quality product and top notch service.

Product looks great. Great quality. Fantastic customer surface. We cut to boards short and needed additional trim ASAP. American Beadboard shipped the next day to complete the job. Exceptional Service.

Even after having the kit for 6 years, the company was able to provide additional trim that not only matched but got it to me here in Oregon in time for my contractor to install.
The person took the order after hours on a weekend and made sure the guys shipped it on Monday.
The material is beautiful and I'm just sorry I didn't get it installed when I first got so I could enjoy the craftsmanship of the beadboard.

Ordered a sample of the MDF breadboard to use as my Kitchen backslash. I'm pleased with the product and will be placing an order.

I am very happy with everything American Beadboard did to help me finish my kitchen remodel. I had been looking for a some sort of moisture resistant beadboard for about a month, to finish my kitchen remodel when I happened upon American beadboard’s website, while standing in the isle of Home Depot. I was impressed with what I saw, but figured it would be out of my price range. So I call them, and someone picked up right away, and was more than happy to answer all my questions. I explained that I wanted to use it as a backsplash in my kitchen, and that I was looking for something moisture resistant. He explained their product, and I was quite surprised that it was reasonably priced. So I measured the area that I was doing, and took a trip to their shop, considering it was only fifteen minutes away. I was meet by some of the most helpful people I could’ve asked for. I gave them the measurements that I had taken, and they figured out how much material I would need, which was spot on. I had just enough to finish my job, with a few leftover pieces, but they also gave me advice on how to install it which was more than welcome. It was a very impressive shop as well. Very neat, and organized. The beadboard went up exactly as they described, it was very easy. The hardest part was painting it, to match my wife’s wishes. She wanted a weathered, or distressed look. The beadboard took pain beautifully. I couldn’t be happier with how the project turned out. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a moisture resistant, or fire resistant, beadboard.

Great product , would recommend to anyone . Only thing i didnt like was told it was being shipped xpo an showed up fedex an xpo an driver never called me to meet for delivery . Luckily i was able to move product indoors that day or would have been ruined from sitting outside . Other then that no complaints .
