Amazing customer service. I called with a number of questions about modifying my order and getting the optimal product for our bathroom renovation. Recieved very quick and friendly responses. I also could not be happier with the quality of the beadboard. Leaps and bounds higher than whats available at the box stores.

The quality and craftsmanship of the bead board is excellent. We can’t wait to install it! We had problems with FedEx (2 damaged boards and missing boards in a box that they clearly retaped and delivered a few days after everything else was delivered). When we contacted American Beadboard they responded within minutes of the email and made everything right. This is a great company to do business with!

Bob Muckle responded quickly with pricing and pricing revisions. When order placed, we received a prompt confirmation of the order and was advised of shipping updates.

We did have any issue with delivery. The trucking company didn't give us the 24 hour delivery notice that we requested.

Just great company, never any issues with getting materials. You order, stuff shows up. No problem. Only recommendation would be to have a traditional baseboard to match beadboard baseboard! I have many customers asking for it! Difficult to get the poplar design beadboard.com has.

I ordered fire resistant shiplap from American Bead Board, shipped to Michigan. I had a tight schedule to have it here for my trim carpenter to install. It arrived in terrible shape, many boards were not usable at all. The shipping contractor treated it very poorly. I talked to Deb and within minutes she had the situation resolved. She asked how many boards I needed replaced...that was it. The replacement shiplap showed up in great shape and in time to hand it over to my carpenter. Thank you American Bead Board....Thank you Deb!!
