Lucas Peterson was great. He made this a very easy transaction and fought for the best price with a driver. Lucas and the driver maintained communication throughout the entire process. Lucas called to remind me of the driver pickup time. He called the day of pickup to ensure my car was picked up and he called the day before delivery to inform me what time the driver would arrive with my car as well as on the delivery day to confirm I received my car in the condition the driver picked it up. The driver he booked was great as well as he maintained contact throughout and arrived on schedule.

Worst experience ever!
The agent hooked me up with a $500 quote and then on the day of the pickup I get blackmailed to pay $900 instead...they say there is nobody available for $500...scammers!

Plus, they provide the wrong address for the drop off and the driver asks me extra $100 to drop the car at the proper address...

I asked several times a refund for this damage, but the company refuses it and start blaming anything else but them...

After a disastrous time with another shipper, I called American carship, spoke to Matthew Brown, he expedited my shipment, had my car picked up next day. kudos

This company contacted me about shipping my car. They gave me an estimate of $799 including the $100 1st payment and the balance be paid to the provider. i asked Chris/Mgr if this price was firm and would not change and he said "yes". I was contacted today 3/4 and advised that my car could not be picked up due to unavailability of drivers and drivers schedules could they come tomorrow, I said yes. brian went on to advise that the price is now $1499. I tell him no I don't have that to spend and I was told that the price would not change by chris. Bryan tells me that he "doubts chris told me that", made me very upset because I have no reason to lie. So I tell him I am cancelling since you don't have a driver nor scheduled me and you have not given full disclosure and you are trying to strong arm me into using your company by implying I will/may have fees for canceling. You cancelled this morning 3/4 when you text and called me with no driver for today's pickup date and double the pricing. I can't put all of the other specifics due to limited character spaces, but if I could give them a zero that's what it would be. They take $ from people and give false information (double the price) and their customer service is unprofessional and its hard to even understand them because of their language barrier. I told Bryan that I want my $100 refunded because they did not provide the service they said and I choose not to deal with companies that deal treacherously with consumers. My advice to ALL do NOT consider this company for any shipping needs.... you will be sorry!

Jacob Bruce did a great job, I tried to sell my car up until one day before moving, Jacob was able to arrange a truck and deliver across country 2200 miles from Phœnix AZ to Sarasota FL in 6 days. My Porsche arrived in the same condition it left in, very pleased.

I cannot recommend using this company to transport your car. I worked with Tom Wilkins, and he accepted my required date and provided me with what seemed to be a fair price, however on the day that the shipment was supposed to occur no one showed up to pick up the car. I requested the transporter's contact information and a pick up time every day for three days prior to the pickup, and every time he assured me he was in contact with the carrier and would provide me with a time shortly. He did not. On the day the pickup was to occur he was completely unresponsive to messages requesting both the pickup time for the day, and later requesting a refund for the cost of the service. I will be submitting a BBB complaint and contesting the charge with my credit card company.

Jacob Bruce did a great job setting the expectations and giving me the options that were available to me, timing on deliveries, and much more. It was a pleasure to work with them

Awesome experience with American Carship. For it being the first time having my car shipped from coast to coast I gotta say I was scared. They had the best quote on the internet. While others were just interested in my money, Jacob, my poc, ensured safety, reliability and with the delivery on a timely manner. I have to say next when I ship my my car I’ll be calling American Carship.

It was my first time to have a car transported. I stumbled upon American Carship through Google searches. I dealt with Steve who was very responsive and who was responsible in finding a reputable trucking company for us. Final price was higher from original estimated price but was understandably dependent on season and demand. Our car made it unscathed from NJ to CA within the promised delivery date. Overall, I'm satisfied with my experience with American Carship.

Talked to Steve Smith and he was able to assign a deliver driver who able to deliver my mini truck on the date I needed delivered. Great service, reasonable price and I highly recommend this company.

I called and within 4 hours they were out there to tow my truck for 400 miles for a price i couldnt believe.Highly reccomend

Worked with Steve Smith, of American Carship, as my coordinator for the second time in a year. It was really important that my car arrived on time, safe and sound. He guaranteed that, was communicative, honest, transparent, and available every step of the way. If I need my car shipped in the future, I will be going to Steve.

Great service, I worked with Steve to get my car shipped from Maryland to California, he was very responsive and to schedule the delivery as per my requirement. He keeps me informed about the schedule and everything worked out as planned.

Jacob was wonderful at customer service. He always responded to my texts & calls very quickly. The driver, Maksat, was also excellent. My car was delivered quickly and was in good condition.

The only reason I would not use Carship again is the original price quoted ($1200.00) went up to $2400.00, and we had no time to get a lower quote from another carrier since price went up 3 days before loading. Tips were also expected, which made our final cost $2400.00.

I will definitely shop around if we need to ship our car back to Massachusetts in March!

Jacob was on point about the on schedule delivery and pickup of my vehicle. He provided me a quote and then followed up diligently so that my pickup and delivery time coincides with my calendar as well and i appreciate that. It appears that there is some level of lack of clarity in terms of what was quoted at the beginning vs what the final fee would be. In my case what i was quoted when I booked the shipment and what I ended up paying showed an increase of 42% which i was not expecting and kind of put you on the bind since i was informed about the increase the day before i shipped the car (makes you feel like you are lured in with a good price and finally jack it up when you get to a point of no return). Even that 42% increase was after a lot of going back and forth with the company but the initial price increase was about 60%. The explanation that i was provided did not really make sense to me since they said that the driver sets the price but my question is what is the use of them asking for a pickup and delivery point if the final number can be that far off. They should clearly state how the number can change and by how much at the start if the quoting process so people can shop around with that in mind and do not leave feeling trapped or tricked.

Jacob was amazing. He help me through my process diligently. if I don’t like some, he continues to look he worked very hard to give me what I want. he never gave up or got frustrated with me. I highly recommend. you work with Jacob he is so amazing and patient.
