We have reviewed your account and found that we received a call from you on May 14, 2026, during which our representative advised you of the upcoming automatic charges that would be applied to your credit card in June. We also received a second call from you on July 7, 2026, regarding those charges. During that conversation, our representative explained what the charges were for and referenced the previous discussion from May.
Based on our review, at no point during either call was it mentioned that the items had not been received.
We certainly do not expect customers to pay for items they did not receive. If your order was not delivered, we want to help resolve the issue. Please contact our Customer Service team by phone or email so we can investigate your order and work with you toward a resolution.
