Signing was canceled and I was never notified. I kept emailing and finally was told of the cancelation. Then tried to get a refund and was told it will take a long time fir my refund and item return. Horrible customer service.

My mail in item was sent, received, and acknowledge by SWAU. Once the signing was complete, I received notification that my item was being prepared and then notified when it was shipped to me.

SWAU has always gotten back to me if I have any questions in a timely manner. They take good care of what I send in and the signatures are good.
I have never had any issues with this company in all my many years of using them.

I’ve been a loyal SWAU customer for years. I’ve ordered regularly, joined their auctions, and always trusted their process. Unfortunately, the more time passes, the more I feel that customer care has become an afterthought — and that long‑time clients like me are treated worse, not better.
My first bad experience was with the Anthony Hopkins signing. I specifically requested a red marker, but what I received was a faded pink signature, clearly the result of a marker that was already losing ink. SWAU offered only a 50‑euro voucher, which forced me to spend more money with them instead of providing a proper refund. I accepted it, thinking it was just an isolated mistake.
Sadly, things got worse with the Tom Holland signing. I paid almost two years in advance, and during all that time I received no clear updates — no information about delays, no explanation of when or where the session would happen. When the autograph finally arrived, it was signed with a dry, barely functioning marker. I reached out for support, hoping for at least an acknowledgment of the issue, but the answer I received was simply that their policy “covers” them in these situations.
In other words:
If the star signs with a dried‑out pen, the problem is entirely on the customer.
No refund, no compensation, no accountability.
After years of trusting SWAU, this is incredibly disheartening. I never expected perfection, but I did expect respect — and lately, that seems to be missing. I truly hope they reconsider how they treat the people who keep supporting them.

First off I reached out to the company and they at SWAU have refused to reach back. Second i get a funko from them and paid 60 bucks(robbers) but figured its easy then sending in mine. Then I get the tom holland signing then that cost . I figured id have it graded and encapsulated..The nerve of them giving me a garbage funko for 60 bucks . Graded at a 7 are you kidding me the corners damaged and top flap ripped. Really I pay 60 for a 9 buck funko and you give me garbage. Then I get a garbage score and paid 50 for that. Then the encapsulated funko was damaged at the bottom of the case . Absolutely redicules the service given for the money spent and invested . 4 emails to them over the past month about this and they don't even care to reply because how can you explain such trash offered from this company. If I were you id make sure you're careful with them because the care is completely gone from this company. You spend the money they take it and then @SWAU ignores you . Il never use this company ever again . What a sad display of customer service and when you spend 60 bucks for a funko your getting encapsulated and graded you would think they would care...then to complain you think they would correct what they did but they don't care. I could care less how busy you are no excuse to ignore a customer that just invested 500 at you're company. Good luck dealing with these butchers.

I've had great to exceptional service every time I've used them for private signings for actors like Henry Cavill, Keira Knightley, David Corenswet, and most recently, Tom Holland. Signing schedules can be delayed or take longer, but I haven't been disappointed by SWAU's actual products or customer service. Attention to detail in both quick shipping and where the actors sign is second to none.

I have waited for the Tom Hardy signing to take place for nearly two years. It finally happened, and my item arrived. This was an image that I personally submitted, with distinct instructions, pen choice & color. When I opened the package, I was devastated to find it was incorrect. I reached out SWAU and their customer service is non-existent, told me to accept. They offered no solution or remedy for their mistake. I paid a substantial amount of money for this signed photo, and it's not what I paid for.

Easily the safest company to purchase from and work with.

A superb quality photo autographed in the colour as requested and delivered expertly packaged in a very prompt and professional manner. Absolutely first class experience. I definitely recommend SWAU.

Just a great experience all around. When there was an issue with the discount code I was sent, CS staff got back to me right away to resolve the issue and everything worked out grandly.

Great service, really happy with my signed Funko Mystery box! I know it’s pot luck with mystery boxes but this was well worth it!!

Virtually no customer service. If you order a signing - they do no guarantee when you will get it so you could be waiting multiple years or give up for a refund.

I purchased a signing in 2023, I shipped my item before their deadline in 2023 which was a small window of time. They emphasized we had to ship our item so they could process & store to be signed. The signing was finally scheduled two years later in 2025. They also confirmed my item was stored & ready to be signed. After the signing finished - I never got my item in the timeframe they promised. Some people got their items back and some people did not. Multiple people affected. Zero proactive communication from SWAU to reach out to people to let them know. I only found out because I reached out and its unacceptable. They are disorganized - even when customers make sure their items are sent and packaged properly.

Its been 3 years for 1 signature. Be careful sending your items to them. They do not fulfill orders and do not tell you when there are issues with your order. They dont have signings planned as promised.

It works well. I am happy with everything I have purchased from them.

I had never participated in an online auction before a few weeks ago, but I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth the process went and the quality of the product. The packaging ensured everything arrived intact and in mint condition.

I look forward to trying my luck again soon!

Update. After an email they did provide some reasoning. If the reasoning was sent w initial decision. Would be 5 stars.

They charge half of the price of an in person authentication to do an online verification. In theory, it's a nice service but in reality it is utter nonsense. They provide zero reasoning for their decision. For 14 dollars, I think a reason or two is justified.

The first time I bought an item at SWAU. I won an auction, paid the price on the next day and one week later UPS delivered the signed photo. I am absolutly happy.

I received the item I won from the SWAU auction in a very short time after the auction and in exactly the same state as shown.
