Great experience. Quite happy with the services they provide. Will keep buying from them.

I have participated in three of SWAU's auctions and the service has been fantastic. From the purchase process to them contacting by email when the items are being shipped out with the ups tracking numbers. Each package comes with a letter that all autographed items are authentic. The funko pops are in soft protectors and wrapped up in layers of bubble wrap.
Living in Canada, I can receive my packages within a week once notified of the tracking information.

From offering opportunities to obtain autographs from big names to providing amazing customer service, SWAU is a trustworthy source for collecting.

For example, they recently had a signing with Winona Ryder, someone who's never done a convention or private signing before. This was an amazing name to add to a collection. I'd sent in a Stranger Things poster for her to sign. While they were arranging a date for Winona to sign for them, SWAU offered signings with several other Stranger Things cast members. I bought autographs from those individuals as well.

The signing with Winona happened recently and when I received my poster back, I was dismayed to find signatures for two of the cast members I'd paid to have sign it were missing. I contacted SWAU with receipts and pictures of my poster and they promptly refunded my money for the missing signatures.

That's great service!

Although the wait was a tad long, it was expected to some degree considering the cirumctsnces surroundingthis signing. The autographs are 100% perfect in placement, size and color.
All went perfectly !!

I’ve purchased from SWAU more times than I can count and never had a negative experience. They’re a great place to get autographs from your favorite celebrities. My most recent purchase was a pre-order autograph and I received it within a week after the celebrity signing was complete. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Bought 4 items through the SWAU Auction website and received swift shipping on my items which arrived safely! I like how they use UPS for their shipping which does great job getting my items to me quickly. Best in the hobby in my book!!!!!!!

I am rating them 5star with an *. If you can get product then it is 5stars......however it is difficult to get some items as they are extremely limited. I did get some of the recent Sketchographs and was very happy with them.

Having used the services of SWAU representatives in the past in person at a comic.con I looked at the website. I seen the online appraisal service which i used and had a speedy outcome. I also seen the online auction option which I have recently used and the service was great. The delivery was really quick considering it was from the U.S. to Scotland. I will certainly use the service again.

Amazing autograph. I have been looking for a Joseph Quinn autographed since I watched Warfare and FF4. I wanted to get one from a source that was trustworthy and dependable. At the same, I wanted it to be of good quality. Finally found one at SWAU.

Needed help with getting an autograph authenticated as it was my first time using the service. There employee Dave helped me every step of the way with all my questions and keeping me informed of how the process works, definitely an asset to the company. Thanks again Dave for all your help!
