Working with my publisher has been an incredible experience from start to finish. They took my vision and treated it with care, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm. I have still not received a resolution, as they are ignoring the fact that I have an email from Barns and Noble directly that there is no contract between them and American publishing. They then said they would provide me other services and then because I do not trust them (who would after this experience) they keep back tracking. I still have not received a new project manager after mine was fired. I just want what is fair and they are not providing this.

I started my book project with American Publishings on August 2025. I am very happy with the complete process and how the team handles my queries and requests.

They even help me with last-minute changes that I ask for without any hassle. My book is in review now on multiple platforms by the name of Disabled Witch Book 1 Work.

My review for American Publishing is not directed at the entire company, but specifically at the project managers and representatives I worked with. The deliverables outlined at the start of my engagement were never delivered. Instead, I was met with excuse after excuse, which ultimately stretched the editing of my book into a process that took over a year.
At one point, a project manager claimed that delays were due to me not responding promptly. When I provided a detailed list of emails showing that I had responded within hours—or at most two days—the explanation suddenly shifted. Later, I was told that the editor assigned to my book had been pulled off to assist with another project. While both editors I worked with were phenomenal—thorough, creative, and professional—the constant changes and lack of accountability from the project managers made it clear where the real issue lies.
Perhaps the project managers are overextended or overworked, but that is not my problem as a paying client. Their inability to manage timelines and deliverables directly impacted my publishing journey. In the end, I had to take it upon myself to complete the final editing process and self-publish my work.
Needless to say, my experience with American Publishing was disappointing, and I would caution others to carefully consider the reliability of their project management before committing.

American Publishing is the best publisher I have worked with. They have published three of my books and have done every thing they said they would do and have bent ovrer backwards to help me become a successful writer. I am thankful I have found an honest company that means what they say. There patience with me has been a gresat experience with my my limited knowledge of the computrer world.

What made my experience good was the clarity and guidance of my manager Adam. He assisted and helped me in every aspect of what's best for me and I am really happy with him. I was very scared before signing up with these people as I was seeing my friends getting scammed from other publishers out there. I am happy I got the right people and most importantly Adam. This publishing company surpassed my expectations by going above and beyond to make sure that your project is full of perfection and is successful. Their editing team assist you by correcting grammar, punctuation, and run on sentences. I didn't go back to my first publishing company for a reason, so I will definitely come back and publish future projects with American Publishing because they are very reliable and will work with you to get the job done which will guarantee success.

American publishing has been a completely seamless process and I have really enjoyed the unlimited edits they offer you. It is made my journey of writing books, pleasurable, and fun. I can’t wait to write my second and third book with them.

They signed me up at a promotional price, and when I connected with their team, the support was exceptional. I was unaware of anything, and they helped me in every possible way to make my dream come true. I had a great experience working with the team at american publishings. They always guide me in what is best, and I really appreciate that.

Anytime I send a text or call, my producer gets back to me within an hour. Their service is wonderful and I paid less than the first time I tried to sell my book.

So far, my experience has been very positive. Zelner has been supportive and informative throughout the process. There are additional fees that may arise depending on your specific needs—for example, hiring an illustration team costs an extra $850. My publisher has been upfront and helpful every step of the way. I’m pleased with what we’ve accomplished so far, and I feel confident that everything will turn out smashingly!

My communication with the company is very good. Whenever I had questions, they are answered very quick and in details, the language is polite and the communication is pleasureful!

They have helped me write a book that I have always wanted to work on achieving.
