Oversold item ordered. Took about a week to be notified about this, then state a refund will take 7-10 days to post. Did not give any indication or estimation in the email notification when the order will be fulfilled. I guess they at least notified me. Meh.

Fast orders, I ordered sept 30 and still showing Oct 11 no progress.

Placed my order, waited 3 days, no tracking no confirmation, emailed, still nothing 3 days later

I ordered September 23 and it is now October 8 and still have not received my order. Sent a message to customer service and no reply regarding my order. Not happy with lack of communication and no updates on status of order.

I purchased 2K rounds of 9mm that was represented to be in stock. Received an email the next day from Michael Lee | Customer Success saying that the ammo was out of stock and I could receive a credit or wait until the ammo was in stock -- I asked for a credit. Despite repeated promises of a credit over the course of 8 weeks, Ammo City kept my money, never issued a credit or delivered product. In effect, they STOLE MY MONEY. STAY AWAY FROM THIS VENDOR!

no phone number, no response to email. website says shipped the next day, 4 days later still no tracking.

I have been waiting to resolve an issue that they sent me an email about 21 days ago. I have since sent 3 emails, and they have yet to reply. I read after the fact that this is an issue with them. It takes them forever for them to respond to emails, and order fulfillment is rather slow. They remind you that they are a small, family owned business. It doesn't give them the right to take my money, sit on my order, and do nothing to resolve the issues we are having.

I got what I ordered with no issues orders on a Sunday and got the ammo on a Thursday.

My only complaint is I never got a tracking number so I wasn’t sure if I got scammed.

Ordered 1000 rounds of nine mil mag tech 115 grain steel case was advertised as free shipping at checkout. It did not give free shipping $18 worth. Emailed made them aware of it and they took the shipping cost off and reimburse me excellent service fast shipping. I will shop here again.
