C est impossible de retourner un produit si on choisi un cadre et la qualité c est zero !!! A fuir cette site

I cannot recommend this company. The quality of the frame is extremely poor and completely different from what is presented in the product images. The frame I received looks nothing like the one shown in the website’s main presentation. Had the actual appearance been clearly shown, I would never have placed the order. Unfortunately, my complaint was not handled in a fair or satisfactory manner. After this experience, I can clearly understand why this company has received so many negative reviews. I am extremely disappointed with both the product and the level of customer service.

Scelta di quadri di numerose tipologie e per ogni gusto, qualità del prodotto, il ritocco a mano aggiunge qualcosa in più. Nel mio caso l’ acquisto è stato fatto per festeggiare evento particolare di matrimonio e il regalo è stato apprezzato dai festeggiati, per originalità e qualità. Azienda con elevata serietà e professionalità che non esito a consigliare .

Ho acquistato una tela “Steve Graffiti” della quale sono entusiasto, non solo per via della qualità del prodotto (ho aggiunto anche il ritocco fatto a mano che cambia davvero il risultato finale), ma soprattutto per la serietà e la disponibilità data dall’assistenza clienti nel seguire le mie richieste.
Davvero consigliatissimo.

Esperienza decisamente positiva. La tela è arrivata perfettamente protetta dall’imballaggio. Un disguido con il corriere è stato prontamente risolto dal servizio di assistenza al cliente.

I was initially excited to receive my order, but unfortunately the overall experience has been very disappointing.
The artwork itself is fine, but the wooden frame is extremely poor quality. It looks cheap, has badly cut corners, and bears little resemblance to the frame shown in the photos on the website. Considering the premium price, I expected a much better finish.
As a UK customer, I also received an unexpected demand to pay an additional £43 in import VAT/customs charges before my parcel would be delivered. I appreciate that import charges can apply, but this was not made sufficiently clear during the ordering process. In fact, seeing wording such as "Taxes included" gave the impression that there would be no further costs. Had I known the true total cost, I may not have placed the order.
When I contacted customer service, I explained that my concern wasn't about paying tax itself, but about the lack of transparency before purchase. Unfortunately, my concerns were dismissed, and I was simply told that framed products cannot be returned.
Overall, I paid around £203 for a framed canvas that I don't feel represents good value for money. I cannot recommend the company based on my experience, particularly if you're ordering from the UK. Be aware that you may have to pay additional import charges, and don't expect the frame to match the quality shown in the product photos.

Ho annullato l'ordine subito dopo aver ricevuto la conferma tramite mail. Accettazione spedizione rifiutata e tornata indietro da parte di DPD Svizzera. Merce dinuovo in cosegna e dinuovo è stata rifiutata per l'ennesima volta. Ora si rifiutano ad annullare l'ordine ed effettuare il rimborso. Quindi non mi rimane altro che andare per via legali.

Si salva la cornice, peccato non poter aggiungere immagini.
Per la qualità della tela e della stampa 300 euro mi sembrano decisamente eccessive.
Inoltre ho richiesto il ritocco d’autore ’fatto con amore’ e mi hanno imbrattato la tela con una tecnica da scuola elementare. Indecente.
Per cui se proprio dovete comprarli evitate il ritocco dell’autore!
Il reso non è possibile perché è stato personalizzato.
Sconsiglio vivamente.

Reçu une toile avec le cadre cassé.Un calvaire avec le service client. Impossible d obtenir une compensation correcte, minimise les dégâts et harcèle pour qu on paye même si le conflit n est pas réglé. Résultat on paye une fortune pour une quantité moindre. A éviter absolument

Pedí un cuadro que no tenía la calidad ni el aspecto que esperaba según lo visto en su sitio web. Quise devolverlo y no lo permiten porque dicen que lo compré con marco, que por supuesto instalaron ellos mismos. Después de varios correos, en donde me hacen perder el tiempo, me dicen que no admiten la devolución aún cuando el cuadro está tal cual lo recibí. 250€ tirados a la basura. Nunca había tenido tan mala experiencia en una tienda online. No la recomiendo en absoluto.

Very disappointed working with them !
Got 3 pictures, framed in black, the frame were not assembled straight/squarred so they can't be aligned with each other. It's purely a matter of quality check and not transport as they were pretending.
When I asked for reimbursement (for the frames only not for the artwork), they had serious difficulties to communicate in my language and to understand my claim.
I would NOT recommend working with that company at all.

My experience with Amore Design was very disappointing. The painting I received was significantly different from the one shown on their website, and I still haven’t received a refund.

Bilder aus China, die man bei Temu zu weit geringerem Preis bestellen kann, werden hier als original italienische Gemälde angepriesen, zu einem unverschämt hohen Preis!
DPD bestätigt dass Sendungsnummer Multifunktionssendenummer ist, sprich die Ware wird von sonst wo nach Italien geschickt, um dem Kunden Glauben zu machen er habe original italienische Bilder! Die KI des Shops behauptet weiter felsenfest die Unwahrheit.
Dank Anzeige bei der Polizei und Paypal Käuferschutz habe ich Gottseidank mein Geld wieder!

Take care when ordering from this company.

I was charged an extra €100 for a retouching service that I requested, but the retouching was never applied. After I paid, the retouching option disappeared from my order, yet they still took the additional €99.

I sent several emails with screenshots clearly showing that I had selected and paid for the retouching. They claimed they never received the request, said the promotion hadn’t worked, and refused to cancel the order or issue a refund. Despite providing proof, they would not take responsibility for what happened.

After multiple frustrating emails, I gave up and asked them to simply send the painting as it was. I also informed them that I would leave an honest review describing my experience because I found the situation extremely unprofessional. Instead of addressing the issue, I was told that I was “rude” for wanting to write a review, and the language they used in their replies was unprofessional. At that point, I chose not to respond any further.

The canvas eventually arrived, and the quality is good. However, I would never have paid that amount for it if I had known what would happen. Unfortunately, based on my experience with Amore Design, I will never order from them again.

I had ordered the print before I had read the reviews so was understandably nervous as what I had read was in the main very negative…well I am glad now had not read the reviews first and just ordered as we are very pleased with the product we received in a reasonably timely manner without any damage to the frame or print .
The only regret we have is that we didn’t pay extra for the hand applied touch up which I believe would have made this painting more premium.

Die Qualität des Bildes entspricht nicht meiner Vorstellung das Preis Leistungsverhältnis zu hoch !
Wer bestellt, gekauft wie gesehen kein Rückgabe recht,sprich Rückgabe nicht möglich!
Ich sehe ab von weiteren Käufen in diesen Onlineshop!

Placed 2 orders with this website (it's called NEIBAC in the USA) - the first went OK.
With the second order, the discount disappeared after I made the PayPal payment, The site overcharged me MORE THAN $180.00, and the email address they list on the USA website did not reply at all.
I wrote to their other email address, and received a reply that blamed ME on not clicking the discount...
Customer service is RUDE and seem to not care about the customer at all.

La qualité n est pas là..!! 120€ pour 1 boit de plastique avec 1 cadre une honte.En voyant la photo sur le site je pensais qu il y avait 1 tissu en lin peint sur le support.Pas du tout aucun relief. HORRIBLE!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered from AmoreDesign and waited almost 3 weeks for a domestic shipment within Italy. When the order finally arrived, they had sent the wrong artwork, with the wrong finish and frame. Customer service was extremely slow to respond, despite multiple emails and WhatsApp messages. After losing confidence in the company, I requested to cancel the replacement order and receive a refund. They refused, even though the replacement had likely not yet been produced. Wrong product, poor communication, and no willingness to resolve the issue fairly. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.
