En plus menace par le vendeur et me demande d enlever mon avis pour pouvoir avoir l échange Ne veut pas faire un échange en simultanée 1 en échange de l autre

My experience with Amore Design was very disappointing. The painting arrived damaged, and customer service was completely unhelpful. Instead of assisting me, it felt like they were deliberately stalling to make me give up on the refund process. I am still waiting for my refund.

Ich bin mit der Lieferung, dem Produkt und vor allem mit dem Kundendienst sehr unzufrieden und würde dort nie wieder etwas bestellen. Ein ebenfalls bestelltes und leider von mir vorab bezahltes Produkt wurde gar nicht erst geliefert. Mehrmals hatte ich mit verschiedenen Ansprechpartner beim Lieferanten Kontakt, keiner konnte oder wollte mir weiterhelfen. Dafür scheint etwas bei dieser Firma zu klappen, der unerwünschte und völlig übertriebene Versand von Werbe E-Mails. Allen rate ich, Hände weg von dieser Firma!

Amore Design is scamming customers by sending damaged, low-quality products and then refusing refunds—even after accepting returns. To make it worse, they blame the courier for the damage. But here’s the truth: Under EU law (Directive 2019/2161 and Spanish Royal Decree-Law 7/2021), the seller is FULLY RESPONSIBLE for ensuring the product arrives in perfect condition. They cannot shift the blame to the carrier or the customer.
This is not an isolated incident; it’s their standard practice. By denying refunds, Amore Design is breaking the law and risking heavy fines, legal action, and irreversible damage to their reputation—all of which will cost them far more than simply honoring their obligations.
Do NOT buy from Amore Design. They disrespect consumers, violate laws, and think they can get away with it. They can’t.
If they scam you:
- Report them to Spanish Consumer Authorities (OMIC)
- File a complaint with the EU Consumer Centre
- Leave reviews on Trustpilot, Google, and social media
A company that steals from customers doesn’t deserve your trust—or your money.

One star because I can’t give zero

I’m giving this company one star only because Trustpilot does not allow me to give zero. In my opinion, even one star is far too generous for the experience I have had.

I paid €500 for a painting that arrived in a condition that was completely unacceptable and did not remotely match the quality advertised on their website.

Trying to resolve the issue by email was extremely frustrating. Every time I received a reply, it seemed to be from a different person, and nobody properly addressed my request for a refund. Instead, they focused on getting the painting returned.

I have now returned the painting, as requested, and I am still being refused a refund. So I have paid €500, returned the product, and have been left without either the painting or my money.

I have read the company’s return and refund terms carefully, and based on my experience, I find the way this matter has been handled completely unacceptable.

€500 is a significant amount of money, and I am not prepared to simply accept losing it. I strongly recommend that potential customers think very carefully before ordering from this company.

One star only because zero stars is not an option.

Professional scammers.
I ordered a custom framed painting and it arrived damaged, with visible defects, and the overall finish was far below what was shown on their website.
I contacted them within the 14-day window stated in their own return policy, following every step they asked of me. They picked up the defective painting without any issue, but once they had it back in their possession, they refused to refund my money (€450), despite their own policy clearly stating that refunds are issued within 14 days after verifying the condition of the returned item. They are now ignoring my follow-up messages.
I do not recommend this company — they don’t honor their own policy when it’s inconvenient for them, and it feels like they only accept returns to keep both the product and the money. I will be escalating this to a formal consumer complaint.

Catastrophic. I paid €600 for a framed painting. It arrived damaged. They refuse to replace it and are offering me... €50. They're making a mockery of me... I do not recommend them!

Katastrophal! Ich habe 600 € für ein gerahmtes Gemälde bezahlt. Es kam beschädigt an. Sie weigern sich, es zu ersetzen und bieten mir stattdessen nur 50 € an. Das ist eine Frechheit! Ich kann sie absolut nicht empfehlen!

Al di là delle stampe arrivate in ottime condizioni con un imballaggio molto protettivo ho notato con piacere un’assistenza WhatsApp molto premurosa e cortese, bellissimo il ritocco a tempera sulla stampa che a mio avviso gli dà quel tocco di autenticità e calore umano che non sempre le stampe riescono a trasmettere.

Ordine rispettato con tempi minimi con anche il ritocco 3d , ottima fattura e ottimo impatto estetico

Innanzitutto trovo stupende molte stampe. Ho comprato Incontri Astratti e da vicino.. wow!!! Gestione dell'ordine veloce, nonostante la settimana di ferragosto. Ottima assistenza post vendita per un problema però col corriere.

1 Stern – enttäuschende Erfahrung mit der Rückgabe

Ich habe bei Amore Design ein Bild bestellt, das bei Erhalt neu, unbenutzt und originalverpackt war. Da es mir nicht zusagte, wollte ich es innerhalb der vorgesehenen Frist zurückgeben.

Die Rückgabe wurde mit der Begründung abgelehnt, die vom Shop angebotene „handretuschierte Veredelung“ stelle eine Individualisierung dar und schließe das Widerrufsrecht aus.

Für mich ist das nicht nachvollziehbar, da diese Variante vom Shop selbst angeboten wurde und kein individuell von mir angefertigter Kundenwunsch war. Auch eine Verbraucherberatung bestätigte mir, dass es sich zumindest um einen rechtlichen Grenzfall handelt und die gegenteilige Auffassung vertretbar ist.

Besonders enttäuschend: Das Bild ist bis heute originalverpackt und unbenutzt, dennoch wurde keine Rückgabe ermöglicht.

Die Qualität des Bildes kann ich nicht beurteilen – meine Bewertung bezieht sich ausschließlich auf den Umgang mit meinem Rückgabewunsch.

Für mich leider keine empfehlenswerte Erfahrung.

Ottima qualità dei prodotti e grande attenzione e gentilezza nel fornire le informazioni necessarie all'acquisto e alla spedizione. Forse sono un po' troppo pressanti nel suggerire di aggiungere altri acquisti, ma hanno subito interrotto appena ho comunicato di non essere interessata. Sicuramente tornerò a acquistare da loro per future necessità.

WARNING‼️
This company is a joke, i paid $650 for a painting that i never received and they refuse to send me my money back! They keep stalling and telling me that its not their fault its the carriers fault and somehow me as a customer should suffer because they can’t do business right. It’s been TWO months and still no painting and no money back. Please don’t purchase from this company

Prodotto abbastanza buono che fa la sua figura. Peccato che il servizio di consegna utilizzato "GLS" è ai limiti della decenza. 10 GG di giacenza senza un telefono che risponda. Gentili invece il supporto ricevuto da Amore Design.

Esperienza pessima, dicono che non è possibile effettuare resi per quadri ordinati con cornice. Anche se vi è giurisprudenza che dice l'esatto contrario. Ho dovuto fare ricorso a paypal per ottenere il rimborso.

Finger weg, schlechte Qualität. Jeder Euro ist zuviel. Bilder werden auf der Homepage anders dargestellt. Lieferung war schnell, jedoch bei der Reklamation sehr patzig und keine Chance auf Rückgabe oder Ersatz oder Grld zurück. Finger weg, nur Ärger damit und keine Freude.

Ottimo e celere servizio, belle stampe a buon prezzo
