Very disappointing experience with Amore Painting — I would not recommend them.

Unfortunately, my experience from start to finish has been extremely frustrating.

I was offered a discount when purchasing the painting, but the discount was not honoured and I was ultimately charged over €200 more than expected.

To make matters worse, the painting arrived damaged. I contacted them immediately and explained that I did not have suitable packaging to safely return a large canvas. Rather than arranging a practical solution, I was told that I need to source the packaging myself before they can arrange collection.

I even offered a straightforward solution: if they sent a replacement first, I could use the replacement packaging to return the damaged painting. Unfortunately, they have not been willing to accommodate this.

I have purchased artwork from other artists and suppliers before and have never experienced this level of inconvenience when dealing with a damaged item.

I expected much better customer service and a professional approach. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Amore Painting.

Erreur de livraison. Je n'ai pas reçu le bon tableau.
Depuis impossible de réaliser l'échange.
J'ai essayé de les joindre par téléphone : répondeur en permanence.
Réaction du service après vente (après avoir envoyé une dizaine de mails) qui m'annonce le retrait du tableau il y a 10 jours mais toujours pas de retrait.
Je suis dégoutée.

Ho acquistato due splendidi quadri da Amore Design e sono rimasta davvero soddisfatta. Un ringraziamento speciale ad Asia, che si è dimostrata estremamente professionale, disponibile e gentile durante tutto il processo di acquisto. I quadri sono bellissimi e hanno superato le mie aspettative.

Un’esperienza davvero positiva, dalla scelta fino alla consegna. Consiglio assolutamente Amore Design e sicuramente tornerò ad acquistare da loro!

Chiedo info per l’acquisto e mi rispondono sempre e tempestivamente su whatsapp.
Ordino, mi arriva il pacco (danneggiato e lasciato nel cortile dal corriere) chiamo e scrivo per avere info e niente! Non risponde nessuno.
La qualita del prodotto è bassa. Il ritocco a mano che doveva essere il valore aggiunto sembra un pastrocchio di un bambino delle elementari. Pagato per l’inserimento dei ganci che non ci sono!
Nel complesso spesi 280€ per un prodotto che non ne vale neanche la metà.

I ordered a customized painting from Amore Design expecting the artwork shown on their website, enriched with hand-applied texture and relief.
What I received has a glaring defect of conformity: a large, highly visible purple brushstroke was added right in the middle of the painting. This purple tone is completely absent from the original artwork on their website. This is not a subtle variation due to handmade processes, but a major visual alteration.
While their Terms & Conditions explicitly guarantee products will match their website description and cover legal conformity, customer service refuses a standard refund under the excuse of "customized items".
Unprofessional customer service that uses "customization" as an excuse to deliver products that don't match their catalog and refuses proper refunds. Avoid this shop if you expect fidelity to what you order.

Leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung.

Die gelieferte Leinwand entsprach aus meiner Sicht überhaupt nicht der Darstellung und Beschreibung im Onlineshop. Beworben wurde unter anderem eine hochwertige, handretuschierte beziehungsweise handgemalte Ausführung mit 3D-Details. Bei der gelieferten Ware konnte ich davon praktisch nichts erkennen – für mich wirkte es wie ein einfacher Druck auf Leinwand.

Besonders enttäuschend war anschliessend der Umgang mit meiner Reklamation. Statt eine kundenorientierte Lösung anzubieten, wurde mir vorgeschlagen, gegen zusätzliche 99 Euro eine Nachbearbeitung durchführen zu lassen. Genau diese hochwertige Ausführung war jedoch einer der wesentlichen Gründe, weshalb ich das Produkt überhaupt bestellt hatte.

Auf meine anschliessende Reklamation und meine Bitte um Rücknahme beziehungsweise Rückerstattung erhielt ich keine weitere Antwort.

Ein solches Verhalten empfinde ich als absolut unprofessionell. Bei Problemen zeigt sich, wie gut ein Unternehmen wirklich mit seinen Kunden umgeht – und hier wurde ich leider vollständig enttäuscht.

Aufgrund der Produktqualität, der aus meiner Sicht irreführenden Darstellung und insbesondere der fehlenden Reaktion auf meine Reklamation kann ich diesen Shop nicht empfehlen.

Vi beställde en canvas-tavla från denna italienska webbutik, dessvärre utan att först ha läst recensioner. Tavlan levererades hem. Så långt gott och väl. Tyvärr, visade den sig vara felaktig. Motivet var inte korrekt monterat i ramen. Därefter började en mycket långdragen e-postkommunikation över ett par veckor, ett par meningar i taget, antagligen i syfte att trötta ut oss som kunder. Företaget tillät inte retur då varan beställts med ram. De medgav dock till sist att låta oss returnera tavlan på deras bekostnad och att rätta till felet. Vi accepterade, eftersom vi gillade tavlan. Sedan började nästa fas. Företaget Amoredesign krävde av oss att annullera returen, dvs ta bort vår klagan hos Klarna. Efter kontakter med Klarna fick vi rådet att absolut inte stryka vår retur. Vi hade ju bevisligen returnerat varan! Inte ett ord hördes från Amoredesign när tavlan hade levererats tillbaka till dem. Till sist, när Klarnas utredning slutförts, kom förstås beslutet att returen gått fram och att vi som kunder inte hade något krav på oss. Akta er för denna webbutik!

Aggiungo 2 righe di demerito in quanto dopo la recensione per nulla scortese fatta in precedenza, anzi dando merito alla tela e all'imballaggio, sono stata contattata dicendo che avevo fatto minaccia all azienda e lo trovo veramente scandaloso .

Scammers, do not order!!

Ridiculous prices with fake sales for simple canvases of mediocre quality. Will NOT cooperate regarding a refund - they will ignore emails for weeks and keep questioning your reason for returning when they do answer. I am now stuck with something I do not want and payed way too much for.

Impossible de retourner un tableau la réponse à ma question pour avoir une étiquette de retour et un remboursement proviennent de l'IA !!!

Il quadro che ho ordinato ha un sacco di difetti sulla tela , molto visibile .

Pues solo he recibido 2 cuadros. Si no recibo en maximo 48 horas la mercancia ya no me va a interesar y me gustaria que me lo devuelvan. Espero se pongan en contacto conmigo estoy decepcionado con la compra.

Consegna tempestiva nei tempi concordati nonostante le ferie estive. La consegna di un prodotto esattamente corrispondente alle qualità pubblicizzate.
Nel complesso un servizio serio ed affidabile che raccomando.

Feel sorry that I cannot rate 0 stars as the painting which I ordered was incorrectly cut and the frame was not correctly fixed. Tried multiple time to contact customer service without success (seems like they do not exists anymore). Bad service, bad company!

Poor communication. Can’t reply to emails. Have multiple websites and accounts. Communicate bogus courier links for deliveries that never arrive and tell you you can’t cancel a duplicate order until it’s delivered, even though you realised immediately and asked for cancellation.
Cowboy outfit. Multiple websites selling the same bogus paintings.
Avoid them like the plague. They’ll take your money then nothing.

Habe ein großes Canvas mit Holzrahmen bestellt.
Auf den Bildern werden die Canvas mit Schattenfugenrahmen präsentiert und was ankommt ist ein Canvas, was an einem billigen normalen Holzrahmen getackert wurde. Kann den Hersteller absolut nicht weiterempfehlen.

Quand je vois les avis. Je comprends que c est des VOLEURS !!! C est Inacceptable vraiment Des menaces. Je rêve
