Kristie and her elfs are really trying to put a smile on everyone who is looking for just that. I’m sure every order is taken good meticulous care and I can confirm that it does show in the end product. All the very best and heavens may fall quality is your USP, dnt compromise on that. My order came out Perfect, just like the song I asked to inscribe on it. Cheers.

I'm giving this company one star for 2 reasons.  First, though they are in the business of creating wall decor with lyrics, they are not accurate with lyrics and do not proof their product. My print came with incorrect wording and a sentence was duplicated. Both should have been caught by their team...neither were.
Second, after giving it to my partner and him noticing the errors, which was horribly embarrassing, I reached out to Kirstie and was given a single line that said, "Looks like the custom was approved with that info." That's it...no apology, no offering! Not even a "hello" or "I'm sorry." I sent 2 follow up emails and got no response, until I threatened a negative review. Yet, there is still no resolution offered.
I spent $250 on an item that I can't
use and they are doing nothing to rectify their mistakes. Yes, I saw the pic of it on my phone, but did not proof all the lyrics...that's THEIR business and had they had some type of QA, it would've been caught. I merely proofed 2 parts...our names and that they got the right song.
If they did the right thing and sent me a new one, they'd break even and keep a happy customer...maybe still make some money. But that is obviously not important to them. They do not have good business practices and worse, they are not good people." Kirstie claims to be a Christian "led by God." She is incorrect. God would tell her to do the right thing. Find another company to give your hard earned dollars to...one that values their customers, has high quality merchandise, and deserves the revenue. It's not AmourPrints."

My customer service experience with AmourPrints was exceptional. Not only did they respond almost immediately to my initial questions; they were patient and professional with my seemingly minute requests and worked until I had the exact canvas I wanted. My son and daughter-in-law absolutely loved the gift.

After the order was made there was some problem with my email receiving notices from AmourPrints. However, after contacting support, Kristie, she kept me posted on the progress of my order. Received the print today and it looks great. Highly recommend AmourPrints.

The print came out great, and it was an easy order process. There’s a review of the product before it’s shipped out, and everything was fast for how custom it is. Would definitely recommend and order from there again. Overall lovely experience.

First of all the print is beautiful and I know I was uncertain about size and frame but Kirstie took the time and had a very rapid response each time to ease my decisions!
She was not pushy and answered each email politely! I cant thank her enough. I also like the fact you send a preview before accepting final print! Nobody does that !!! Thank you so much

Our print turned out amazing! The communication with the seller insuring the print was correct was fantastic. As well as the speed in which we received it was incredible. We will definitely being using armourprints.com again!

Wow! I saw their ad on Facebook. I decided to place the order. Amourprints worked with me and the design, very friendly and very responsive to emails. They sent me a proof and off to print it went. I'm a typical man and waited until the last minute for a birthday gift for my fiancé. This is where amourprints really came through. They made the dealine and I received the canvas 2 days before her birthday. When I opened the box, it was even better than I thought it would be. I loved it so much I had to give it to her 2 days early. She loved it!!!! I mean she really loved it! I am beyond satisfied not only with the product but the customer service! It's nice to see a company really care and take pride in their product. It is so nice I'm going to have one made for my 17yr old daughter. I am beyond impressed with the quality and design. Thank you amourprints for keeping me out of the dog house!!!!!

I don't know anyone who works there and I paid for my order in full. :-) That said, I had a great experience with this company and love the finished product. It made sense when I found out they were a family-owned business. They have the flexibility (and interest) to work with you to customize your piece. Kirsten and I traded a whole BUNCH of e-mails (sorry Kirsten! :-) because there were some details I wanted and I was happy they could accommodate. I got the biggest version and would invite you to do the same. The smaller ones are nice but the display of the biggest is phenomenal!

Just received my print...it is amazing! It brought me to tears...hardest part now is having to wait until Christmas to give it to my Husband!

I came across this company Armourprints on FB. I instantly started to look at the website and read reviews. I was amazed at all of the canvases that they offered. I had been in search of something special to honor my late husband and our beautiful 16 years together. Armour prints did exactly what I needed and wanted to make it special. There was an empty space in our sitting room that needed something eye catching and as well as breath taking. I found it in Armourprints song lyrics on canvases with our favorite song.
