Amour Reviews 

I purchased the Mature skin cream,
Relaxing night cream and the eye serum and these are the best I’ve ever used.
I’ve always used high end skin products like Estée Lauder and Clinique but these out perform them.
My skin looks and feels amazing.

I ordered skinwhitening cream and which product I found is not same and I text them but they not replying me . So I want to tell them to please reply me on my number or mail and please tell me about return policy

Well, only ordered yesterday and was delivered today. Brilliant. I was a bit dubious about getting it when I read reviews, but just goes to prove reviews are personal to yourself. Not tried cream as yet but I am very happy with my purchase up to now.

I wish i had read the reviews on here before parting with my money.
No products have arrived.
No response from Amour Customer Service Team despite numerous attempts to contact them.

Received the wrong product & no response to emails

Not received item emailed 5 times had no response to not purchase from this merchant!!!! Fraudster!!!

Great products unfortunately their dispatch, delivery & Customer Service could use improvement.
At the point of purchase I paid for DPD next day delivery however the delivery service I got was Ervi. Amour advised dispatch was made on Tuesday 11th April but the package was picked up until Friday 14th April. When I contacted Amour they stated (response took two days) "it seems that customs seems to be an issue and parcels are being held up and returned without delivery constantly". I was confused as no customs was involved & the package didn't have a customs declaration. They also stated my local depot had the parcel on 17th April when tracking showed it was still in Ervi's hub & my local depot didn't receive it until Wednesday 19th April, eight days after Amour stated it had been dispatched and considering I paid for DPD next day delivery.
I did contact Amour Customer Service again but they never responded. It's a shame I love their products but the service is unreliable so I will not be shopping with them again.

I have the mature day cream and lavender night cream I have been using them for four months I have dry sentive skin and now it fees so hydrated. My daughter ordered me some more for Christmas the order got mixed up and one jar was wrong, my daughter got in touch with the company and was told a replacement would be sent and we could keep the one sent in error free of charge I rate this company highly.

Dont believe the bad reviews, I found them very helpful and skin is really lovely after using their creams . Everybody is different and what works for some dont work for others but i would say give them a try . Affordable as a little goes along way try for yourselves. Highly recomend

Please believe the reviews regarding orders not been received. I was sceptical at first until it happened to me. I have sent numerous emails to Amour Skincare and they have failed to respond.

Placed an order and I have still not received my goods after 2 weeks. Without doubt it is the sender’s responsibility for the goods to be received by the buyer and on time.

For anyone that has used credit card you can contact your bank for them to investigate and they will no doubt issue you with a chargeback as the money is technically their own and not yours.

Please do not use this site to order any goods and they are not completing customer orders or successfully delivering them.

Jeg har for 3 uger siden bestilt en sko og beløbet er trukket for en uge siden men jeg har endnu ikke modtaget skoen... og nu ser jeg samme sko annonceret af et andet firma Søbris Copenhagen.. og så tænker jeg mit... de annoncerer og sælger henter penge men sender ikke varen... så ren røveri.... ihvertfald i min sag, men jeg anmelder det nu til banken som så vil forsøge at inddrive beløbet....

And they still have the audacity to ask for a review. Ridiculous

After reading glowing reviews, I ordered the cream for mature skin and the night cream. The jars are very small, but the cream is so thick and packed in the jars, that it's like rubbing your finger on a bar of soap. But you only need a tiny amount as it goes a long way.
The only thing I find, is that the cream does not absorb into your skin, so you get left with a shiny effect on your skin, and hours later if you rub your finger on your skin it still feels greasy. Not sure if I am happy with this. You feel like you need to dab it off with a tissue, yet I used the tiniest amount.
But having said all this, I am only two days in, so I will give the creams time to do their work of making my skin look better. Not sure if I would order again.

Appalling Customer service! My item never arrived but no reply via email or their WhatsApp!!!! Avoid at all costs!!!!

I bought two pots, repair and renew (for my dry skin and rosecea) and some mature skin.
I used the tiniest amount I could get on my finger and it just made my face extremely greasy, I couldn't have left the house looking like that so started only using it on an evening, I'd put a tiny amount on about 8pm, it still hadn't absorbed into my skin by 8am and I had to wash it off every morning, then after a week it gave me spots/rash which got worse everyday, after 3 weeks I had to stop using it.
I didn't bother trying to get a refund after what I read in these reviews.
The repair/renew didn't help my rosecea at all. The mature skin didn't seem to do anything positive either.
I'm a bit confused as to how all the people writing good reviews didn't find it greasy. Maybe I just had two dud pots where too much oil was accidentally put in ?? (Obviously that's not what I really think).

This company are a disgrace, IMO they sell sub standard products, and charge top prices.
Their customer service is none existent, and if you dare to complain they accuse you of telling lies.
Please Do Not Waste your money buying from these people.

I have been using these creams for a few months, and have ordered twice from their website with no issues. the creams work for me, and the price is reasonable compared with other companies that make creams with similar ingredients. I have read a lot of the negative reviews, and am wondering if there is a Facebook scam going around, I never order off Facebook, always go and check out the direct website and buy from there

I ordered 3 lots of this cream and was highly allergic to it. I messaged amour who told me to return them all for a refund,I am still waiting for the refund. They won't even give me the courtesy of messaging back. Terrible company will never use or recommend them to anyone.

Despite numerous emails regarding missing item in my order this firm do not reply ,feel completely let down now will contact PayPal for a refund . Do not touch this firm of you require any after sales response
