One star because I can't give it 0. Royal Mail "delivered" my parcel but it was not. I have spoken to them and they said it is the sellers responsibility to sort it out if RM have left it in a place that wasn't my safe place. This information is also on their website.

Amour have done NOTHING but ignore any attempt I have made to contact them about it ever since they declared there is "proof of delivery". The tracking showed it wasn't even my address! Worst company I have ever bought from. Having to contact Trading Standards and my bank to get my money back as the parcel never arrived. AVOID. I'm sure they'll comment on this with some excuse to make themselves look good as usual. They also deleted my Facebook posts asking for help as well. Great customer service! (I have them saved as evidence)

I purchased the amour healing miracle cream for redness but I had to stop using it as it leaves a green tint on my skin and seemed to stain any face blemishes. It also didn't really moisturise well. May be ok for some people but my skin is sensitive and it didn't suit

Bought the deal with three moisturisers; purple, green, black to help with rosacea and repair my skin. The black one had apparently separated in transit so they replaced it. Then half way through the green one it had separated too. No offer to replace or refund. They told me on email that the creams don’t withstand heat; our heating is on 19*…
Would have purchased again as it has felt nice on my skin although not the miracle it claims to be for rosacea, but not buying when the house is apparently too hot for it

I purchased the repair and renew and the night cream. Noticed very little difference in the month I used it. It's very greasy and when you contact them for further advice they ignore you. I have also tried to contact them through social media but they have deleted my comments and now blocked me!!!! They are an absolute disgrace! Avoid avoid avoid. Complete waste of money. They literally take your money and run. There could be a absolutely anything in their creams.

*Edited since receiving reply from amour...this is a complete load of lies and actually laughable. I never asked on social media for advice, just that you contact me and I was then blocked. If anyone checks out there facebook page you will see very little likes or comments as they heavily sensor their social media. You answered my email once then ignored several of my emails after that!!! And as for it falling out of the notice period, I first contacted amour after the first 30 days. I wasnt even after a refund originally, just advice which they couldn't or wouldn't provide. I cant reiterate enough...do not buy, AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

I love the healing cream and lavender cream! My skin looks and feels amazing since I’ve been using these. I suffer with a couple of patches of dermatitis on my face and the healing cream has made a huge difference. Since I’ve been using it, I’ve not had one flare up!! Highly recommend !!

I have used the lavender night cream and the mature skin cream and my skin loves it. My skin seems more hydrated and nourished.
I will be ordering my third lot of creams soon as I’m now running low.

I ordered the repair cream with the lavender night cream.I loved the consistency and smell of the both the repair cream and the lavender night cream then ordered 3 more jars of the repair cream so as to not run out as I use it on my arms and legs and neck. It has the consistency of a dense whipped mousse with a delicate smell of orange butter. Delectible and addictive. Ultra oily so super nourishing and moisturising. I then ordered the lightening cream with the tea tree cream and the day cream. Both the lightening and day cream and the repair cream smelled like orange butter and the day cream which should be lighter had the same consistency as the night cream? This is definitely an oversight. The day cream should not be as oily as it is as it would not be a good foundation for your makeup. 2ndly although the orange smell is simply delightful why is it being used across 3 of their products out of 5? It would be nice to differentiate between them. The lightening cream the repair cream and the day cream have the exact same smell? Isn’t the day cream supposed to smell like rose and if the lightening cream smelled like lemon or used lemon as a additive and the intensity of the day cream was changed to suit a day cream consistency then this would overall be a superb range of products.

I bought 2 new serum anti ageing and soothing serum, I have only had 2 days and I’m currently using anti aging serum, i am so pleased with it my skin feels so soft and hydrated and then putting on anti aging cream I’m in heaven . Will definitely be purchasing again

Disgraceful company take your money and not deliver what you paid for excuse being, its not a physical product??? But, we will take your money anyway.. Stay well clear folks and use a honest company..

I ordered repair and renew cream on 5t October 2021, the money was debited from my account on 6th October 2021, order still not received despite 3 unanswered emails, disappointing that there is no contact telephone number. It is a shame because I was happy with the product but will not be placing another order until I am refunded or receive my order. Debra Woodhead

Purchased the cream based on the reviews. Big mistake, my skin was in reasonable condition save for a slight redness flair every now and again due to age (47) the cream brought me out in a rash all over may face and obvious spots around my t-zone which I was very conscious of. I contacted Armour to be told that it is normal for a breakout and can take 3-6 weeks for it to take effect. Nowhere on there site does it state this and why give a 30 day guarantee if it takes longer to take effect. I had to chase them for the courtesy of a reply only to be told that I had gone beyond my 30 days! Disappointed with the cream and also with the customer care. Most definitely won’t be recommending.

This cream is greasy and when they asked me how it was, I told them it made my skin worse. They told me it was “purging” and to stick with it. It made both my menopause acne and rosacea much worse. My skin felt all waxy. Never offered me a refund. Complete waste of money that I cannot afford. They delete all bad things said on their social media and block people who dont rave it.

Love the product use a variety of the creams I like the mature skin products,specially love the lavender night cream relaxes my skin and it still feels nice in the mornings.

Very happy with the results. The repair and renew cream is much better for my skin than the mature skin cream. Have seen a small different in my skin within a week.

I purchased the whole set of creams as I wanted to see which suited my skin the most. I have to say I loved all of them but of course I had to choose so I am using the lavender cream for mature skin plus the heal and repair. I use my lavender one alternate days which seems to work best for me. And the heal and repair as and when needed. I have given top score for the creams because they are natural with no hidden junk. I do make my own very simple balms and oil serums have done so for years without any problems. But I have developed a mild acne on my facial cheeks so wanted to try Amour products to see if they would help. Also their customer care is brilliant too.
I have seen some on Facebook whereby the creams didn't work out for them but equally there are many who are delighted with the results. So that's all I have say fir now. Blessings

My skin as always been incredibly sensitive and I've only been able to use one moisturising cream, but even that left my eye area itchy.
Now I'm happy to say is not a problem since I've been using Amour repair and lavender night cream. Absolutely love the way it leaves my skin feeling and the smell is divine . I've gifted some jars to friends and they also love it

I always had really good skin and was always complimented on just how nice a soft it was, even as a teenager. But then I turned 25 and got adult acne. Something that was a complete shock to the system as I never had to deal with excessive spots before. I didn’t know what to do and I tried everything!! To try and calm my skin down. It really knocked my confidence, my mental state and I was in pain. After wasting all my money on products that mostly made my spots worse! I found Amour skincare and their healing miracle cream! It was like my prayers had been answered. After the natural purge of using something new (which for me didn’t last long at all) my skin couldn’t feel and look any better! I now get compliments again about how much better my skin is looking these days and it’s all thanks to Amour. I can’t recommend these products enough as now I have my confidence back and I’m able to not have to wear makeup everywhere to hide my face. Love, Love, Love!
