The product took a while to arrive, about three weeks. However, the wait was worth it. The tool is solid, feels sturdy in hand. It works efficiently and fits comfortably in my grasp. Despite constant use, it shows no sign of damage or wear. I'm impressed by its durability and performance. I would definitely recommend it. Quality is top-notch.

I received this item in a sturdy and well-protected box. The outer packaging was robust, ensuring the product inside was undamaged. Inside, the item was wrapped carefully, making the unboxing experience quite pleasant. They really ensured it's delivered safely.

I bought the Grandpas weed puller. It came with no handle even though the online picture showed it with a handle. It took forever to get here and when it finally did arrive it broke almost immediately. The website Amp-Spring.com refused to issue a full refund unless I shipped the broken tool all the way back to China on my dime even though I had sent pictures of the broken tool at their request! It would have been totally unworth the effort since I was required to pay the shipping. I also didn’t trust them to refund my money after I paid to ship it back. I tried to dispute the thing through PayPal but they were no use at all. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!!!

They advertise the tool with the wooden handle. What you get is just the tool head! I thought that if I contacted them & mailed it to the return address w/in 30 days I could get a refund.NOPE! We’ve emailed everyday this week and all they will offer is a $5 credit. I paid $47! Never again will I order from this company! I suggest the same for you, but beware they sell more than just these tool heads! The billing name is Becheer Co., Ltd.

The weed remover is advertised with a long wooden handle which is not included. I am forced to hunt for a 2.5 cm handle then find a way to attach it so the tool will function. There are no humans to communicate with and emails did not resolve the issue. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE.

Saw a Facebook ad and ordered a weed puller but received only the head. The seller refused to send the correct product. They changed the website after the fact to say "weed puller head" to avoid compensating people who have already paid for the whole weed puller. Total scam.

Complete scam. I ordered a weeding tool. I tried to cancel the order, and was told that the item had already shipped.

When I finally received the tracking info, it showed the item had not yet left the warehouse at the time I requested cancellation.

When the item arrived, it did not include the wooden handle that was shown in the advertisement.

I will take the loss, because I don't want the hassle. I will never order through any company except Amazon.

I should have read the reviews instead of wasting $38.00. Did not realize it didn’t have a handle. That cost me 10.00 than the device is a piece of junk doesn't work.ill probably toss it

I never received my weeder, they gave a bs tracking that doesn't work. I just want what paid for and ordered. After reading reviews on FACEBOOK, many people never received their item and alleges a scam. I have my receipt for purchase and no item. On a fixed income with a bad back is why I ordered this in the first place. Just want the order or a refund

product never got sent out after repeat emails no tracking info luckily i paid through PayPal and after talking to them and they getting no response from these guys they refunded me

First order was late but good. Second order never showed up. Their online customer service does nothing but give excuses of why I have not received my order. It is 3 months and nothing.

Had the worst experience with this merchant. They use other photos and their products are replicas made with cheap materials. I ordered an item and it was of poor quality and didn't match the photos. I asked to return the item for a refund and the merchant said I'd have to pay for the shipping. Poor items, poor customer service.

Amp sent the wrong order. "Lost" the order information so "Sorry we cannot help"

I received an item and it was damaged. Paid $80+. Asked to return within the policy and they said I received the correct item but they can give me $8 for my trouble. STAY AWAY!

Very good product for young kids to keep their feet from burning on the pavement and to help them gain traction in the water!

Gave as a gift to my 75 year-old friend…she loved it!!

Ordered a pizza slide which arrived damaged. And VERY late. I ordered the item in early November for Christmas and only got it on January 9th.

It is all a very low quality product and not the same as the videos/picture. We expected thick wood and got very thin flexible plastic.

We sent the company the photos of the damaged item and got a message back saying the following: “ If you would like to return, the shipping fee may be very expensive to you. So how about we refund you $2USD as compensation and you keep the products?”

I’m confused because on their webpage, there is this blurb: we want to make sure we back that up with a risk-free 90-day guarantee.
• If you don't have a positive experience for ANY reason, we will do WHATEVER it takes to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.
• We want you to be reassured that there are absolutely ZERO risks in buying something and trying it out. If you don't like it, no hard feelings we'll make it right.

I’ve sent them another message saying that $2 for a damaged slide is not appropriate and I’m not hopeful for a positive outcome.

I’d suggest avoid this place at all costs. They low quality, the no money back guarantee. Whilst I did get a product, it did feel a bit scammy because it didn’t look like what I was sold and they don’t want to replace the damage.

Edit: I went through PayPal and the company responded with a mailing address to send back the flimsy, broken item. That cost me an ADDITIONAL $38 AUD (I paid $68USD for this piece of trash in the beginning).

It’s been sent back to them so I’ll now wait and see the outcome. It’ll be a lot of money to be out of pocket for something that’s only worth $2.

Update: I have lodged a formal complaint with PayPal and mailed the broken item back to Hong Kong. I still have yet to hear anything from PayPal or these pizza slider scammers. Absolutely appalling customer service on both accounts.

Update: after mailing the item back to Hong Kong, the company provided an address that does not actually exist so the item came back. PayPal eventually issued a refund but it took about 2.5 months from ordering the item to getting the refund.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Ordered an iPhone case. Product was delivered to the wrong address but USPS won't tell me where it was delivered to because the tracking address doesn't match what is on the original order. They messed up the shipping address. Customer service is just a BOT that keeps telling you that your order has been delivered. When it comes to buying anything ever again from this company, I'd rather sh!t in my hands and clap!
