Poor customer service and an unpleasant experience. The customer was not attended to properly, and the staff could have been more helpful and welcoming. Definitely needs improvement, not even smiling
I used to come here regularly, but ever since the staff changed, the customer service has become disappointing. Since most of the staff are new, they may not recognize regular customers or understand how to handle them properly. Unfortunately, the way customers are treated now is not as welcoming as before. Regular customers deserve to be acknowledged, respected, and treated with proper care. I hope the management improves the service and trains the new staff to provide a better customer experience.

It was a bad experience!!! Very poor customer service!!! We have claimed several times on the same recepient name and we were disappointed to find out that they couldn't proceed the transaction this time. We could have understand it if they explained to us in a nice way, but what made us felt bad was that they directly told us to find some other exchange to claim it. We tried to explain our part since it is not the first time we claimed from their exchange ( Al FARDAN AL AIN ) but they were very unapproachable. But anyway luckily we were able to claim it from other exchange (LULU EXCHANGE)

Al Fardan Exchange - Satwa. THIS WILL BE MY FIRST AND LAST TRANSACTION WITH YOU! YOU OFFER GCASH SERVICES YOU CANNOT PROVIDE! YOU JUST TAKE PEOPLE'S MONEY WITHOUT DOING THE TRANSACTION PROPERLY AND ACCORDINGLY! I DID A GCASH CASH IN LAST OCTOBER 1 WORTH 11,500 PESOS AND IT'S BEEN 5 DAYS. I AM CALLING EVERYDAY AND YOUR TELLER TELLS ME "WE CANNOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT" THIS COMPANY JUST KEEP TELLING ME TO WAIT! YOU PLAY OTHER PEOPLE'S TIME AND MONEY! THIS COMPANY MONEY EXCHANGE IS THE WORST! YOU MAKE PEOPLE SUFFER. THE AUTHORITIES AND COSTUMERS SHOULD KNOW HOW SICK YOUR COMPANY SERVICES ARE!!!!!!!!!

I visited your branch in Sharjah, next to NMC Hospital, and this will be the last time I deal with Al Fardan Exchange as a company.

First of all, the customer service at this branch was extremely poor. The staff were disrespectful and treated customers in a condescending manner.

There is an employee at this branch whose name is Rajan or Rajesh—I don’t remember his exact name. I regularly receive remittances from different exchange houses, and normally I can collect them within five minutes. However, at this branch, I had to wait for more than three hours just to receive a remittance from the United States.

This is the first time in my life that I have experienced such a delay. I have received dozens of remittances through other exchange companies, including Lulu Exchange and Al Ansari Exchange, and they normally process them within minutes. Yet this branch made me wait three hours for a remittance worth less than AED 3,000.

This was completely unacceptable and extremely frustrating. This will be the last time I deal with your company. I will also file a complaint with Consumer Protection because I do not believe customers should be treated this way. After another two hours of getting nowhere, I still had not received the remittance by 10:00 PM. The transfer was sent through Ria.

The employee, Rajesh, performed another “update” on the transaction, but nothing happened. At this point, it was clear to me that he either did not understand the process or was unable to resolve the issue properly.

After waiting for hours, I finally asked him to cancel the transaction. I then went to Lulu Exchange. Once the Lulu employee accessed the system, he immediately corrected the error that had been made by your employee and paid out the remittance.

When I explained to the Lulu employee what had happened at your branch, he laughed and told me, “This remittance takes one minute to pay out.”

So my question is simple: Why did your employee Rajesh make me wait for three hours for a transaction that could have been completed in one minute?

I made a transaction October 2 ,2026 and it's more than 24 hrs I haven't received the money..it's for emergency and you are holding the transaction! Never use this company to send money to your home country..

Been using Al Fadan for tge past few years l had no problems till recently l added one name that wasn't on the receiver's 🪪 id card. Been waiting for refund since 9/7/27 am writing this on 21/8/26 am very disappointed

Even we are the regular costumer ..he not forgive even small favor ..

I am an NRI , I am living in Dubai, UAE.Now I am using Al Fardan exchange card but I am very surprised because , when you will be take advanced salary then only you can send that money your home country, you'll not get any cash in hand.
I requested to the exchange authority, please little think about yous customer those who are using yours cards , they are also a human beings, they also needs cash. So, Kindly keep a option of advanced salary as cash in hand .

Worst experience ever i scene in my life
I make one transaction is wrongly by mistake is ok money going but I try to reach out customer care team no any response one thing they asking to do again and again when I send all details no any response on 4th July i reached them and until 07th July one small issue they can’t solved i think this is very good service
