My experience is very poor, as I transfered amount more than 1 months, and still it's not showing in my account.

Even following up with team, however not get any right response.

WPS TEAM OF AL FARDAN DOES NOT HAVE THE COURTESY TO REPLY ON EMAILS DESPITE OF CONTINOUS FOLLOW UPS. AND WPS PROCESSING TIME IS ALWAYS DELAYED EVEN IF YOU SUBMIT THE ZIP FILE ON EARLIER OR ON TIME. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST IT HAPPENS TO US.

I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with your service. My recent experience has shown that Alfapay operates with the worst level of customer care I have ever encountered. Your delays, lack of transparency, and failure to process refunds or transactions in a timely manner make your service appear unreliable, unprofessional, and bordering on a scam.
As a customer, I trusted your platform to handle my money securely and efficiently, yet instead I have faced unnecessary stress, financial inconvenience, and complete disregard for accountability. A financial service provider should prioritize integrity, speed, and customer satisfaction, but Alfapay has failed in all these aspects.

I demand immediate action to resolve my pending issue without any further delay. Failure to address this complaint promptly will leave me with no choice but to escalate the matter to the relevant authorities and warn others to avoid your so-called services.
I expect a clear response and resolution from your side at the earliest.

​My experience with Al Fardan Exchange was unfortunately very negative and left me with a feeling of being misled and overcharged. I am writing this review to share my concerns and warn others about the potentially high fees and questionable practices I encountered.
​I used their services for a money transfer, expecting a straightforward and transparent transaction. However, the final amount charged was significantly higher than the initial quote, with no clear explanation for the discrepancy. The hidden or unexpectedly high fees completely negated the supposed "competitive rates" they advertise.

I had one of the worst , hilarious experience for outward remittance. Four days not the wired money received yet , kept asking , very cool
Answer that back office is close unable to ask the actual reason , keep inquiry after the week ends .
Sending Charges rates are highest in uae , exchange rate is lowest comparing other exchange houses .
There is no one to ask them , they are looting and using 3rd class service providers.
Never ever think about this exchange even in extreme emergency. Money will not be received on time . Staff here is not taking quick actions on complaints.

One of the worst exchanges for WPS services. Do not use Alfardan for WPS salary processing they are highly unreliable and consistently fail to process salaries on time. Their delays cause unnecessary inconvenience and frustration for both employers and employees.

I have a valid Travelez Platinum card. I visited your Al Nadha Sharjah branch to top up the card. The staff asked me for my Emirates ID for an update. I presented the physical ID at the counter.
They told me an OTP was sent on my mobile and that I need to
share the OTP with them. The SMS from Al Fardan clearly mentioned that the OTP must not be shared to anyone.
Why they does Al Fardan send OTP to a customer who is present in person with the ID and insist we share the sensitive OTP to them?
Simply does not make sense. Since I had to do a transaction, I very reluctantly shared the OTP.

This process is totally unacceptable. I sincerely urge Senior Management to immediately take note of this gross error and rectify the process.

We applied for a salary transfer almost 10 days ago, and there’s been ZERO progress.
I’ve sent countless emails and got no response whatsoever. Their so-called customer support is useless, invisible, and utterly incompetent.
This isn’t just poor service..it’s a total nightmare that’s putting my business and my employees at risk.
I’m done wasting time. I’ll be filing a complaint with the Central Bank immediately.
Avoid this company like the plague.

A family friends sent me the money from Sharjah to Pakistan but I did not receive the money in a day they putaunal step on receipt rather than computer which is clearly sign of they don't transfer the. Only in time for some reasons.... Anyhow I received money from different countries Qatar Kuwait Saudi UK. USA Europe Japan Iran and many other and trust me with in second I received but I guess uae is worst and this company must be full of corrupt people I will never use this service because money is not secure with this company

We are processing WPS (Wage Protection System) through Al Fardan, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. The process is constantly delayed, and there is no proper communication. Whenever we try to call for support, no one answers the phone. Even when issues arise from their side, they do not take responsibility or provide any assistance to resolve them. The customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful. We expected a more professional approach for such a critical service.

The service is less than Zero , no commitments for response even the call centre and not the RMs . The worst response mechanism . WPS issues highlighted and no proper response received and RMs are least bothered on the client concerns !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Really Want to speak to their managers on these things but no hope !!!

Hor Al anz branch name of employee shah Khan is very bad service is behaviour is very bad there I am going to exchange money I am waiting 5 minute again he need he said he need more time but he is not working he is talking to other college but same money exchange I am going to other extense only 1 minute

They Won't give my wife Her ILOE benefits because She doesn't have a Valid emirates ID. They know full well that this is a GOVERNMENT INITIATED PROGRAM and that these benefits are ONLY given to individuals Who have lost their Jobs involuntarily. I am trying to wrap my head around the idea that they would require for you to provide an emirates ID when they know well that you do not have a Job and that's exactly the reason Why you are getting these benefits. Just put it this way, Would my wife be eligible if She was already employed and Has a Valid Visa and emirates ID?.

I have done a western union transfer via the app and later cancelled it. I started the cancellation transaction on the 15th of April and till now, it is still not finalized. Its mention that it will take only 5-7 working days and still not done. Do not use the western union app and cancel to avoid the disappointment. It is not reliable at all.
