I would like to sincerely “thank” AMP Futures for not opening an account for me. It really takes talent to do that. I have been living in Ireland for 4 years with a valid residence permit. Apparently, a Ukrainian citizen with Irish residency is an unsolvable puzzle for them, yet their support somehow manages to “brilliantly” misinterpret rules about restrict to the point where facts no longer matter.
Special respect for their speed. Replying once a week is impressive. It genuinely feels like there is one person there who reads the rules, misunderstands them, and then needs a full week to recover.
The more reviews I read about them, the more grateful I am that these lazy “professionals” cannot even correctly read or apply a government restrictions. The internet confirms it too. This is not a one off case, it is their standard way of operating.
Final verdict. If you value your time and nerves, stay away from this company. It is not just bad, it has clearly degraded into complete uselessness.

There doesn’t seem to be even basic logic here.
if someone lives for years in another country on a legal basis, what restrictions are supposed to apply in reality?
They themselves refer to countries, yet completely ignore actual place of residence. Hard to take this level of “professionalism” seriously.

I’ve really liked AMP Futures so far as I’ve been using it for around 2 months now. The only thing where I see margin for improvement, though, is the withdrawal system via Wire transfer. It’s been over 6 days now that I requested a wire transfer and hasn’t hit my bank yet, will update you guys when it finally does. I know that they might not do it directly, as this is a bank transaction, but they could use a faster bank for this, or find a way to make this process a little swifter.
Aside from the withdrawals, I am very pleased with this company, due to the fact that they offer a plethora of platforms, low comissions, efficient customer service and many other good things. 4 out 5 stars from me, with the possibility of turning it into a 5 if they manage to improve the wire transfer services, maybe using another bank to make such transactions.

Don't trust them. At the end of the month, an account has to be over $100. Mine is, but through AMP I am locked out of CQG. They know how much a person has, and is trading because it's because of risk. A manager contacted me one time and asked me if I was watching the market. So, I know they are watching the accounts, yet they choose to be slow in supervising accounts when it doesn't suit them. At night, there seems to be only three people that work there and no supervisor. At least the people at night wouldn't confirm that there was a supervisor. Beware!
Update: You wrote, "Odd". What's odd is that you write that and want a response. You didn't write or call me, so there's nothing to respond to. That is truely odd. Like the company, the response is of little to no substance.
Update: Only other response from Trustpilot was at 8:18, and I don't have a reference number so that was disregarded as spam. You can talk to Daniel, from this morning, or Johnny, Mario, or Ignatious (however you spell his name) from the lonesome after regular hours staff.
Update: The review is more than fair because by the end of the month it was good, but you want to go back to the day before that. Everybody was able to see the account, but only after the night shift crew after 11pm did anybody do anything. You monitor accounts during the day, but you chose not to in my case for some reason, and even when I pointed it out you refused to do anything.
I will add that what you said is not true because I was able to use CQG at 5:30pm, but not when I checked on my phone at 5:45pm, so it's not automatic on the new trading day at 5pm or after. Your compliance dept. has refused to respond, so NO, your team is not there to help...maybe in many, but not all and certainly not mine.
`You should do better. I had to pull most of my money out before, and you know that.

I multiple accounts with AMP Futures - Support walked me thru the processes to set up the configuration required.

Well, Johny did it....amazing. But I was about to give up on AMP just because when something goes hard at the beginning it is usually not for the best. But he fixed it, and now I hope it stays on and I can stay.

Habe meine Order 2 mal gecancelled aber wurde nicht angenommen. Hat erst dann den stopploss ausgeführt mit einem fetten Minus. Kundendienst auch sehr inkompetent. Sagt er sieht es nicht obwohl ich es schwarz auf weiss habe laut CQG wurde von mir alles korrekt gemacht. Reine Abzocke
