Awful customer service. Kept asking me to give them financial information that I had no way to give them because of a glitch on their end and told me I wouldn't be able to trade the money they let me deposit until I fixed their problem. When they finally reset what they needed to reset for me to actually get to the prompts necessary to fill out the information, it was several days with no response, no ability to trade my account, and no way to know when I would even be able to trade

On top of this, they essentially stole $8 for subscriptions to market data they knew I wouldn't be able to use because they are the ones who had my account on liquidate only when they took the subscription money

Use someone else. I wouldn't trust them with $10

Worst platform to trade on, you will lose, your orders will not go through, prop firms will win vs you, I do not recommend at all

trying to figure everything out just irritates me. why are multiple charts and MANY more indicators EVERYWHERE...

Hello, I've been trading for 5 years now and was a Tradovate customer for about a year.

Right at the beginning, I traded my account from €300 to €2100. Unfortunately, due to my own mistakes, I lost everything again. Okay, I thought, I'll try again and transfer another €500. But then the problems started! I think, or rather believe, that they deliberately prevented me from making any more profits.

Suddenly, I was denied access to some micro contracts because it was too obvious that the price was reversing. Or Tradovate limited my order size, even though I had sufficient funds! Regrettably, I also discovered that my stop-loss and take-profit orders had suddenly been deleted from the chart (not by me!). During a losing trade, I couldn't understand why my account suddenly showed exactly $0.00. According to my calculations, there should still be at least $80 in funds. But my account balance suddenly showed $0.00. Why exactly $0.00?

Customer service is only reachable when it comes to deposits. For other questions, I never heard from them again! I could never reach them by phone, and they didn't reply to my email. I noticed that when the broker Tradovate noticed I was making profits, they tried every trick in the book to prevent me from making another significant profit. The broker just wants my money, but they're not interested in a withdrawal! So I wanted to withdraw my last $40, but the withdrawal fee was USD30 – expensive, but okay, I thought.

I was supposed to get USD10 back. Smile... I didn't even get that back! How pathetic this broker is, it's sad! At first, I thought that because it's a futures broker, it would be reputable. But that was a misconception, because they use other tricks to prevent their customers from winning! I was denied an order in Canadian dollars (micro), but I was always allowed to open an order in the S&P 500 (micro).

Why? Because the potential loss in the S&P is greater!

It's a joke... I wouldn't open an account with this broker again. The broker appears reputable on the surface, but underneath, Tradovate uses every trick in the book to get their customers' money! The decision is yours; I've simply shared my honest and conscientious experience with Tradovate.

The worst trading platform. Ninjatrader and tradovate. These charts are from the 1900s. The UI design is something from 2005. The executions are bad.

Probably the worst charting platform known to man, absolutely unprofessional and very unfriendly to any new user. And i wont even talk about the UI navigation.

unusual bugs. Logged in one day with my whole entire layout cleared. Noticing lag as well. Seems like I am not the only one having this issue. It definitely isn't my internet or computer getting bogged down.

2 weeks trying to fund the account and always have a problem or takes too much time if it is ACH; debit card is much faster (no credit card allowed).
Latency does vary and it is not the best one, trading with TradingView addon increases it; I use the website on parallel, seems to fill better.

Trash. Freezes and lags

Never tried it before so I thought I would give it a shot; never again. Terrible platform. With an open trade I try to add to my position, platform freezes. When it finally comes back the position I was targeting got hit but since platform was frozen I didn't get in. Absolute junk!!!

This is the worst broker, its keeps fail and server going down all the time. Don't use it please

Tradovate is a very scammish platform. they work wiith the prop firms to help blow your accounts. This is the second time now my screen goes blank and I have to refresh multiple times and still nothing. then when I finally get back on the page im in drawdown and theres almost nothing you can do about it because tradovate will blame the prop firm and the prop firm will blame tradovate. Real SCAMMERS!!!!

Several times a week Tradovate disconnects with Tradingview or Tradovate has problems executing trades in general. Just like today, you want to login and trade and Tradovate is down again and there is no possibility of loggin in on Tradingview. The helpdesk on the website is horrible as well, always saying live agents are not available so your stuck with this live chat.

I'm guessing I will receive an automated reply on this comment as well by Tradovate. Don't even bother, help your customers with some care instead of automating everything.

Scam they removed 8K from my withdraw on my personnal account

The tradingview integration fails regularly, you get kicked out and you need to open tradeovate to activate the plugin over and over.

The desktop app hasn't been working for weeks in MacOS and the web version has TERRIBLE UI, you can't even properly zoom in and out to place trades properly.

Para mí no es tan buena como dicen. Estaba en plena operación, en una alcista, llegué a una cantidad aproximada de unos 1.500$ y al cerrar la operación desapareció la ganancia y se quedó con la perdida anterior. Ellos lo niegan todo pero me faltan datos y al día siguiente no pude operar.Además de que han tenido algunos problemas últimamente. Atención al cliente no te hace ni caso, no investiga a fondo el problema.

just rubbish. even meta4 has a better UI

Terrible for prop firm users. Crashed twice within a week. Will take the entire NY AM market session to fix. No customer support line.
